Just a short walk to famous attractions like the拙政园 and狮子林. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels peaceful and serene, surrounded by beautiful traditional Suzhou-style courtyards. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality. The staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the room, and the front desk was incredibly helpful, offering local tips and patiently answering all our questions. As a lovely surprise, we even received a small farewell gift when checking out, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and the cultural charm of Suzhou. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient to the Humble Administrator Garden and Ping He Road. Good for a one or two-night stay. Plenty of eateries nearby too! The staff are super friendly and helpful too! Will recommend again :)

The location is very near to Ping Jiang Road and Zhuo Zhen Yuan. Very convenient. Hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend

Hotel is in a strategic location. It is right beside the Humble Administrator’s garden and very near to Pingjiang Road. Feels very safe even when venturing out till late night. Front desk is very helpful with all my requests promptly attended to. Price of hotel stay was also very reasonable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel if I ever go back to Suzhou for holiday.

Really nice hotel and super position! The staff was super nice and helpful The only side note is about the smell. In my room there was a bad smell, I’ve said to them and they checked it and cleaned everything again but unfortunately nothing changed, it may be the pipes!

Everything is great. They also offer free laundry service which is great for me.

Indeed a perfect hotel location in Suzhou! Clean and big hotel, walking distance to 平江路 and it’s just next to 拙政院東出口. You will never get bored by staying this area! Cons: due to its very near to tourist spots location, the traffic is super bad. I’ve been waiting for 1 hour for my didi to arrive and head to Suzhou station, never take other transportation due to having super big luggage.
