Avis : Huanxiu Resort & Spa Hotel

Beautiful hotel located in Suzhou. It’s quiet and surrounded by lots of lush greenery. There’s a hot spring with over 20 different pools to enjoy. My favourite was the red wine and rose petal hot spring. Service was outstanding and staff were super attentive. Lots of activities for kids to enjoy on the premises as well.

The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!

Such a lovely, quiet place for a nice getaway. Really enjoyed being surrounded by nature! The hotel took itself was very comfortable. Equipped with a shower and a bath tub which we absolutely enjoyed! We were a little disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't open. The weather was perfect for a dip. The hot springs aren't the best we've been to either. They were alright. We're especially thankful to Lily for all of her help and service at the hotel 🌸

Beautiful hotel with lovely bamboo forests. It is very quiet and green. The breakfast had a nice variety. It’s the perfect little getaway.

Perfect getaway for a weekend. Nice hiking routes nearby. Surrounded by proper nature. Quietness is something special.

My family stayed here for a relaxing weekend away. We had a wonderful time at the hot springs and the room even came with some tickets for horse riding, which my son loved. IT has a very serene atmosphere, and there is a cute little town an easy walking distance. We will be back!

Great location and hot springs. Friendly staff. Very good authentic Suzhou restaurant. Clean and fresh air. AC did not work, but I was given extra water and advised to keep the balcony open which worked well.

Lovely rooms, comfy beds, gorgeous location with beautiful forest views form the room. Monkey came to greet us in the morning!

This is a very sleepy place that still has life. It was quiet and relaxing and the room was nice. A very Chinese breakfast though, it’s a shame a little western food couldn’t have been added. The staff were all really sweet.

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation. One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

早就耳聞的一家酒店，趁着近期有活動和朋友相約一起來打卡，出行前一天上午管家小王主動聯繫和我們確定了相關事宜，發送了酒店訊息和周圍景區遊玩攻略，非常詳細且實用。當天我們10:30到達酒店，受到保安大叔很好的服務👍因為到的早抱着試試看的心情去前台，沒想到非常順利的拿到了房間，開心。辦理入住的時候和在大堂協助工作的小王巧遇了，太好了。小王主動帶領我們去房間，告知考慮到我們有長者隨行，給到我們出行方便且安靜的房間，為她的善解人意點贊。房間裝飾非常中式且有禪意，房間和盥洗室都乾淨整潔非常寬敞，有很多插座便於充電，有個晾衣架方便洗曬。這些細節可以看出酒店的人性化，陽台朝南正對着一片竹林，這環境太好了👍小王向我們介紹了房間的一些設施還客氣的送來了一些飲用水，我們在大堂四處溜達又碰到她，她又向我們介紹了一些花園和餐廳的情況，我們在餐廳用餐時按照她的提示選了靠窗的位子，果然，用餐時四衹孔雀一直在窗邊溜達，因為套餐的菜量有點大，我們又是家庭餐又是筍油麪套餐，正愁沒吃完，這下好了可以投喂孔雀讓它們協助光盆。在這裏提個小小的建議，酒店每房贈送的家庭套餐最好有AB版可選擇，單間房沒問題，多間房的話會吃得重複了。希望能把好事辦得更好。酒店自帶景觀，可以沿着畫眉湖走一圈，從馬場或天頤温泉那裡折返。也可沿着停車場後的竹林健身步道可以走到邑翠軒茶樓，這一路都是葱翠的竹子相伴，空氣非常好，非常幽靜。一路可以走到山語樓早餐廳區域，甚至可以跟着指示牌走到旺山景區的九龍潭，住在這裏空氣清新，是個修身養性的好地方，早餐品種豐富，補菜及時，最愛他家自製手工酸奶，就是目前天頤温泉在整修，如果有他的加持會更完美😍酒店現在有點陳舊但保養的還行，可以看出曾經的輝煌，這次匆匆住了一晚，留待下次再來好好體會，感謝入住期間碰到的每一位酒店員工，熱情有禮，為我們提供服務，留下美好的印象，㊗️酒店越來越好！期待下次再見！

房間很棒，衞生沒有之前看評論那麼差 環境：酒店房間略有一些年代感，住的兩樓，有一個小陽台供休息，環境其實很不錯，綠意環繞 服務：感覺管家小王在入住期間的關心和照顧，提前聯繫加了微信，提供了我們一些遊玩攻略，入住時正好碰到，帶我們入住並一路介紹酒店服務與環境，棒棒噠 酒店二樓電梯旁邊有個玻璃門，出去左轉筆直走就到旺山景區遊客中心，其實很方便的，遊客中心附近很多農家樂，味道都還行

位置：酒店🏨位置四面環山，翠竹成片，綠植豐富。公交🚌522到達附近。 衞生：整體蠻乾淨舒適，新樓裏沒有陳舊的味道，打掃的服務員盡力滿足顧客需要。 性價比：除節假日來，價格在一些平台上看到，很實惠，適合團隊。 wifi：信號📶滿格。餐廳沒有wifi。 房間大小：50平的，舒適，寬敞 隔音：還可以 房間設施：還算合理，盥洗室的私密較難評價。僅僅一層透明薄紗隔開。沐浴，用廁有些尷尬。房間建議增添夜間夜燈在放門口，晚上黑乎乎的。如開走廊燈又太亮了，打擾其他人。希望在前台適當配些潤膚用品。 床：軟硬適度，被子適合時節。 停車：位置很多。 服務：整體都還不錯，熱情，耐心。 餐廳用餐方便，早餐，晚上自助餐（另付費），品種適合大眾，沒有海鮮等。價格88一位
