We received an excellent experience from the hotel. Especially their staff, Cherry from the reception and 美芹 from the restaurant. Both provided us high level of services. They are very nice and patient to our requests.
Our room is comfortable and well equiped. Also, the view is great and beautiful.
Definitely, i will stay here again if i come next.

The hotel overall is good, the location is far from the center but there are some malls around. Breakfast is good. Hard to find somebody who can speak to order room service. The room is great but the AC / heating is not working well, it’s extremely hot during the day (32) and very cold at night (17). So unfortunately this is what we remember..

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. Thank you again to staffs who accommodate us. Until next time...

This is our second time in this hotel. Clean and good location. There are shops and restaurants nearby. MixC shopping mall is just beside the hotel.
