Alexandra Apartments

숙소 내부가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 특히나 찾아가기 쉬웠고, 꽤 청결했고, 담당자와의 소통이 매우 편리했습니다. 샤워 시설이 깨끗하고 훌륭했습니다.

Not up to expectations. Extremely loud constant noise from the unit next door. Being two story, sitting down stairs trying to watch tv and the running, banging, slamming noises were constant! Aircon in one of the bedrooms up stairs was so loud, rattles and noisy it could not be used. Beds are very hard. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Only a two seater couch in the lounge room so anyone else has no comfortable seat, only dining chairs. Floors in the bathroom upstairs weren’t cleaned well with hair and pieces of soap wrappers on the floor. Parking in garage is extremely small, not easy for medium sized car to park. Definitely not large car. Cockroaches and dirty floors. Guest book is way out of date. Would not come back.

The apartments were near a main road, so a bit noisy. The blinds in the main bedroom wouldn’t close properly so I ended up in the other bedroom as I had a bright light shining on me. The bathroom light didn’t have a shade, and the lights over the study area didn’t work. The fridge was full of food you could purchase, so limited space for our stuff and we ended up leaving our emergency milk there.

The apartments are in a great location, close to everything in a quiet part of town. Peta and Cindy went out of their way to accomodate our coming and going over a couple of months. Clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

The Apartments here are double story, with a garage. they are spacious, modern and have a full kitchen with a full-size fridge. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer which is a huge positive for a worker such as myself. The staff were very friendly, and the premises were cleaned perfectly. If I were to nit pick, and I mean that in the best way, it would be that there are some wear and tear marks on the walls and staircase in the high trafficked areas of the apartment. The pricing was amazing for the product. It is pretty much opposite Sugarland shopping centre, and whilst outside of the main body of the town, it is still conveniently located within walking distance to major and minor food outlets, cinemas and grocery stores. Being out of town a couple of kilometres, it made the traffic noise basically undetectable. I thank the staff for their concern when I took ill and went to the hospital overnight, and they went out of the way to assist me with any queries I had. Well done.

Well what a disappointment this unit was. The bathroom had mould in the shower & the shower head had so much calcium build up on it the water came out in all directions. The outlet in the shower was black. I wore my thongs in the shower as all these issues were yuck. We had to wash all the cutlery before we used them as they were grubby & one of the knives looked like it had been used as a screw driver & was twisted.

We stayed at this property for three nights and the apartment was located in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Peta the manager was an excellent host and very helpful with information on the places to visit during our stay.
