We booked this hotel coz my kid got attracted by the swimming pool pictures but unfortunately, they are just pictures ... In reality it's just a decoration, not for swimming , you aren't allowed to use it ... Which made her very disappointed and destroyed her plans. Anyway , room is big enough , clean , has whatever you need ( just you gotta wake up with first light coz it doesn't have blackout curtains) Receptionists are super kind and helpful . Location is ok , not many things around so you can enjoy the quietness. Breastfast is sooo simple, noodles, egg and Baoza in a very very very small room ( can't be called restaurant) but it's ok. My very humbe suggestions to them 1- delete these pictures of the swimming pool from your app and never ever mention you guys have outdoor swimming pool coz it's a lie 2- add blackout curtain to rooms 3- add Coffee to breakfast Best wishes

年末最後一次出差入住了這家酒店，着實給我帶來了無與倫比的絕佳體驗。剛到酒店，其停車的便利性就深深吸引了我。酒店的停車場十分寬敞，佈局也特別合理，不管我是清晨出發還是夜晚歸來，都能毫無阻礙地找到停車位。這對於出差上下班開車的我而言，簡直是天大的好處，徹底擺脱了停車難這一困擾。酒店客房，也是特別的乾淨整潔的環境瞬間映入眼簾。床鋪鋪得平平整整，不見絲毫褶皺；地板被擦拭得光亮照人，都能映出人影；衞生間同樣一塵不染，毫無異味。酒店的每一處角落，都在無聲地訴説著對衞生的嚴苛要求，住在此處，內心滿是安心與愜意。酒店的早餐堪稱一絕。長長的餐枱上擺滿了琳琅滿目的菜品，中式的油條、包子、米粥，西式的麪包、煎蛋、等應有盡有，而且每一樣都美味可口。食材的新鮮度十足，每一口都能品嚐出食堂工作人員精心烹飪的味道，讓我每天早晨都能活力滿滿地開啟新的一天。酒店還有一個極為貼心的服務，那就是提供洗衣設施。這對於長途跋涉的我來説，實用性非常強。在出差中也能輕鬆洗凈衣物，時刻保持清爽整潔的形象。 酒店的工作人員服務態度也極為熱情周到。從辦理入住手續到退房離開，他們始終面帶微笑，耐心細緻地解答我的每一個問題，並且積極主動地為我提供各種幫助。這家酒店在停車、衞生、早餐以及洗衣等各個方面都做到了盡善盡美，我強烈推薦給每一位出行在外的朋友。出差是空餘時間，還去了前台小姐姐推薦的幾個風景比較好的，距離酒店比較近的地方。龍山礦坑距離酒店只有2km的路程，但是風景真的很不錯。而且拍片出來也很漂亮。

Cette expérience est superbe! Depuis le moment où je suis entré dans l'hôtel, le service de réception accueillant et soigneux m'a fait sentir chaud. La chambre est chaude et les lits sont confortables et les gens ont une bonne nuit. L'hygiène est presque parfaite et chaque coin est propre et propre. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est riche et peut satisfaire les goûts de différentes personnes. La situation géographique est également excellente, les voyages autour de lui, les achats et les restaurants sont très confortables. Le rapport coût-efficacité global est super élevé, la prochaine fois que vous voyagez, vous choisissez ici et vous est fortement recommandé!

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

很慶幸定了這家酒店，酒店的規模很大，提供免費停車場和新能源車充電，入住時前台小姑娘微笑服務並且給升級了房型，中餐廳的自助早餐品種多樣，菜品主食都非常豐富，一樓的大温泉池可以免費使用，房間內都配有温泉泡池，外面還有個小陽台，我們又續住了一晚，是一次很滿意的入住體驗。

Installations: Les installations sont parfaitement adaptées et la réception est bien gérée pour conduire la voiture au parking et prendre directement l'ascenseur dans la chambre, mais notre chambre est presque proche du sommet de la montagne et a tourné plusieurs fois l'ascenseur. Le lit est très confortable, je veux dormir, haha. Santé: la chambre et le bain sont très propres, l'eau est très claire, la boue est très confortable, pas comme la chaleur de certains endroits, je ne veux pas descendre 😜 Environnement: Je suis très aimable de l'environnement ici, notre chambre est proche du sommet de la montagne, bien que un peu loin, mais très propre, habitue habituellement à vivre dans la ville et il se sent très relaxé ici. Service: le service est très disponible. Tout d'abord, un serveur est sorti du cabinet quand il est entré. Il a demandé très enthousiasme si il fallait nous aider à débarrasser de la boîte, mais nous ne voulions pas. Ensuite, il est possible de prendre le cabinet de l'hôtel à la salle de restaurant ou à la chaleur, et il est très pratique de partir où qu'il soit; Puis je dis que je mange, si je ne veux pas aller au restaurant, appelez dans la chambre. Le restaurant est très rapidement arrivé, très pratique, et il n'est pas cher de manger. En résumé, c'est une bonne expérience.

酒店就在螳螂川邊上，房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨。床品柔軟舒適，衞生間設施齊全且乾淨衞生，淋浴水的温度和水壓都很穩定，温泉水滑洗凝脂，“天下第一湯”不負盛名。 酒店的服務人員態度熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都讓人感受到了貼心的服務。有任何問題向他們反映，都能得到及時有效的解決，讓人感覺賓至如歸。 當然，酒店也有一些小的不足之處。比如本來泡温泉就會大量喝水，飲用水就該無限量提供，不該收費，住過的酒店那麼多，現在超過酒店提供飲用水就收費的酒店已經不多見了。希望酒店能加以改進。但總體來説，這些小問題並不影響此次的住宿體驗，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

訂的雲泉閣的標間，房間面積還可以，有單獨的陽台，還有晾衣桿，方便晾曬泳衣。衞生間也很大，設計合理乾濕分區。温泉衹户外開了十來個池子，和金方的森林温泉沒法比，但也不錯，勝在人少。晚上非常安靜，休息得很好。早餐也比較豐盛，雲南特色餐食都有，同樣春節期間，早餐體驗感比金方要好。服務人員也很熱情周到。

很贊，過年想找個地方泡温泉，無意間翻到了安寧温泉，號稱天下第一泉。然後又很無意的翻到了雲濤，雖然名氣不如另一家，但配套設施真的超讚，超有味道，而且兩人的套餐真的很合算了。服務態度很好，吃的東西也算能接受，以後會常來。唯一不足就是除夕還在下雨，不然可能會全天泡進池子裏。環境好，温泉也很贊，泡完皮膚滑溜溜的

Les environs et les chambres sont plus âgées, mais sont faciles à voyager. Le service est cependant supérieur à l'espoir, le climatisation est chaude et lentement appelé à la réception, il a rapidement envoyé un ventilateur chaud, le service répond rapidement, ce qui peut combler le manque d'équipement. Le petit piscine hors salle de bains chaude, ça semble bien, il n'y a pas d'occasion de le essayer cette fois, il y a une chance de partir la prochaine fois.
