I chose the hotel as it is right at the hengqin port. The room is surprisingly good and spacious compare to the price. The downside is the room is a bit dusty. We were just to sleep over before heading off to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Overall is good!

Je suis resté deux nuits le week-end et je suis allé à Macao le lendemain. Le temps était très beau, avec de légères pluies occasionnelles. Le troisième jour, j'avais prévu d'aller au pont Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao, mais la météo n'était pas clémente et le voyage a été annulé. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à seulement quelques minutes de Gongbei et du col Qingmao. Il dispose d'installations complètes et est très propre. Les serveurs étaient très polis, l'enregistrement et le départ ont été rapides et nous avons eu un parking gratuit pendant deux jours. Il y a des restaurants tout autour, donc c'est très pratique pour manger et grignoter. Je choisirai de revenir ici la prochaine fois que j'irai à Macao.

走進大堂，看到 “明月松間照，清泉石上流” ，中式韻味拉滿。茶台，木桌、圈椅配窗外綠意，
用餐區原木風桌椅，與綠植、紅飾相融，温馨又自在。仙鶴、枯枝小鳥造景，添了幾分雅趣。
在這裏，喧囂被隔絕，衹剩閑適與愜意，慢慢品，慢慢享，歲月都柔和了 。
走到哪裡都是清新的味道，像在大山深處，很放鬆。
前台的員工和餐廳阿姨都很熱情有禮貌。

Il ne faut que dix minutes pour prendre un taxi depuis la gare de Zhuhai jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel (environ 15 yuans) pour s'enregistrer. Le personnel de la réception était très gentil. Lorsque le personnel de la réception, Wang Fu'an, a appris que nous étions des touristes, il a été également hospitalier et nous a recommandé les attractions et la nourriture environnantes. Cela doit être loué ! La chambre d'hôtel est propre et offre une vue sur la mer. Les photos 2 et 3 ont été prises avec désinvolture à l'extérieur de la chambre. Le paysage est magnifique. En face de l'hôtel se trouvent le bureau de poste de Love et la plage (c'est Couple Middle Road) et c'est très confortable marcher sur la plage ! La photo 4 a été prise sur le chemin du retour à l'hôtel après une promenade. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment pratique, et nager🏊♂️ est encore plus amusant en été !

在珠海住過個人認為第一的民宿！我們住的庭院房，真的想發100張照片出來～～我們是晚上7點鐘臨時決定出來玩的，8點鐘到，民宿門口呢還有特斯拉的充電站，真的超方便！泳池很乾凈，還送了飲料和水果，愛拍照的我有福了，店裡還有一衹很可愛的柯基，很可愛😍床也很軟很舒服，房間很乾凈！
酒店連早餐都很出片，逃離城市的喧囂，吃吃健康早餐，配杯咖啡簡直無敵啦！這次找的安兒訂房，人特別好呢！店裡的小姐姐人也很好，真的愛慘這家民宿了！我下次一定還會來的！！！
設施：門口有個院子，有凳子，坐下去一切煩惱都沒有啦

Le forfait de l'hôtel est très rentable, la chambre a une grande vue, l'environnement du complexe est très beau et les coupons repas fournis peuvent être utilisés dans plusieurs restaurants de la tour Xinghai. Nous sommes restés 4 jours et avons essayé le petit-déjeuner buffet, le dîner buffet, le thé du matin et le dîner au restaurant chinois. Le sentiment général est que le niveau des restaurants chinois dépasse de loin celui des buffets. Le thé du matin est super exquis et a très bon goût, et le dîner est également très bon. Bien sûr, le prix n'est pas bon marché, nous avons donc simplement utilisé les coupons. J'ai perdu de l'argent sur les coupons du buffet. La première fois que j'ai pris le petit-déjeuner buffet, j'ai senti que tout allait bien. Après le deuxième repas, j'ai senti qu'il n'y avait rien à manger à part des nouilles fraîchement préparées.

Vivre ici est très confortable, respirant, avec une belle vue, hygiénique et propre, et le service est bon. Le beau mec à la réception m'a également aidé à imprimer les devoirs de mon enfant. DDatouwawa78Si vous avez le temps de rester ici pour vos loisirs, le prix est vraiment intéressant par rapport au prix du 1er mai. L'emplacement est également bon. Cette fois, le but est toujours d'aller à Chimelong. En comparant les prix sur Ctrip et sur le site officiel, au final, l'avantage de prix revient toujours à Ctrip. Il est très confortable d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre avec vue sur la mer de Macao et de se tenir sur le balcon pour profiter de la brise marine. Chaque jour, lorsque vous vous tenez sur le balcon, vos yeux sont différents et il y a du brouillard. La chambre est très propre, il n'y a pas de problèmes majeurs, mais il y a encore quelques problèmes mineurs à résoudre. Par exemple, dans la chambre où j'ai séjourné, il y avait une prise au chevet qui ne fournissait pas d'eau. Le jet de la grande pomme de douche était inégal et devait être piqué avec une aiguille. Ce sont des problèmes mineurs et n’ont pas d’importance, un simple réglage les résoudra. Le temps était vraiment mauvais le 4. J'ai modifié mon vol et réservé une chambre exécutive de luxe sur le site officiel de Marriott pour une autre nuit. Pourquoi ai-je modifié ma réservation sur le site officiel ? Parce que je peux survivre suffisamment pour rester en relégation~

CC.L. LiThe room was big with a small balcony facing greenery and a bit bay view. No room was available until 3 pm. Overall staff were nice and helpful with greeting and smiles, providing information when required. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included in our package were various and delicious. But the food inside the parks and hotels was expensive. Travelling to different hotels and parks was easy by taking free shuttle busses or boat ride. We enjoyed the fun at Ocean Kingdom, especially the chimelong show and white show. The location of the hotel was near Hengqin port.

1. Unacceptable delayed check-in (3 hours waiting)
2. Afternoon tea boring menu. Nothing special at high price. Mediocre food that not match the price.
3. No courtesy. Tea time bills should be treated by hotel (we are waiting for the room at the table as we have no where to go.)
4. Morning Breakfast variety need improvement especially the Asian corner, taste bad in China is unacceptable specifically the noodles soup taste terribly bland.
5. Morning Breakfast consumption not enough to cater with the numbers of customers. Session end at 11:00am but at 10:00am many variety left empty.
6. Windows glass need cleaning due to dirt blurry view (Hotel Room Suite with a view of the harbor).
7. Serious improvement needed for the hi-tea sets, lost my appetite looking at the cookies and cakes decorated with a tray of fake grass, look gross. Majority of the items on the plate taste cold and bland being left over unfinished. Overpriced ridiculous portion of truffle fries with little to no truffle at all, rely on tomatoes sauces and sour cream from other plates. TWG tea should be served FREE because taste like tap water, the tea bag is dated and tasteless maybe expired. Coffee beans need to upgrade for its price my expectation it should be better than Luckin coffee.
8. Certain area of the hotel suite is a little dated and need replacement especially the bathroom mirrors that looked oxidized as if fungus is living in it.
9. Please replace the rain shower hose, it’s dated and not function properly.
Conclusions
There is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it’s the food menu need to change and the hotel room take note on the small details as we paid hefty price a night. Workforce management needs to pay attention, why would you need 3 hours to prepare a room? You kill tourist day and time that you can’t undo. Customer is paying for the luxury, we don’t pay to hear how sorry from St.Regis staff that failed to deliver. We are not here to listen to your problems.

YYuanzongjijiangfadacaiDoubleTree par Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin est génial ! C'était la première fois que je séjournais près de Chimelong lors de mon voyage à Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. J'ai choisi le DoubleTree by Hilton Hengqin. Je voudrais particulièrement remercier Clarence, le petit frère qui m'a aidé à m'enregistrer. J'ai fait une réservation juste avant mon arrivée. à l'hôtel, mais la réception n'a pas reçu de message de réservation. , le petit frère nous a immédiatement aidé à contacter le tiers et a demandé que la commande soit traitée rapidement et a surclassé le type de chambre pour moi. . J'ai entendu dire que l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine sur le toit qui n'est pas encore ouverte, je l'essaierai la prochaine fois.

YYantoutouRecommandé par un ami, je ne suis resté qu'une journée et je ne voulais pas partir. Je me sentais beaucoup mieux dans un si bon endroit où séjourner un jour de pluie. Le service dans tout l'hôtel était complètement cinq étoiles. sympathique. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde en vacances, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Kevin à la réception était très prévenant et nous a rappelé les heures de pointe pour dîner au restaurant et à la piscine, rendant notre expérience très confortable. Le dîner à l'étage exécutif est également très bon. Comme c'était un jour de pluie, j'avais peur que la chambre soit bruyante, mais c'était très calme et j'ai très bien dormi la nuit [fort]

AAndreaam12We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time.
The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast!
The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable!
We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable.
The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children.
Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home.
Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!

UUtilisateur anonymeThere is no doubt that your hotel is a very high-end five-star hotel. This three-day and two-night trip was an eye-opener for me. During check-in, I saw other hotel guests openly smoking in the lobby, with no regard for other people's feelings. I was very disgusted.
But I also admire the hotel staff for their quick response. When I pointed out to them that the clock in the room was an hour slow (if I had to catch a flight first, I would most likely be late) and that the bedside lamp was blinking like a ******* house, they immediately arranged for repairs and adjustments, and served seasonal fruits. I was very impressed.
But there are still areas that need improvement. For example, the breakfast restaurant is not directly accessible by elevator, making it extremely inconvenient for us elderly people or residents in wheelchairs to get up and down. If we stay here again next time, we must stay on the first floor.
In addition, the seating layout in the restaurant is very crowded and narrow. Maybe the wicker chairs are too big. I was forced to hear the conversations of my neighbors. I pushed each other's seats while grabbing food, and almost had breakfast on someone else. It was very dangerous. I hope the management will face up to this problem and make improvements.

SSmiley_SUne expérience de séjour très satisfaisante. Le service de la réception était bon et ils ont aidé à récupérer les bagages à la porte et à les livrer dans la chambre. La tante a frappé à la porte et a livré des fruits de bienvenue, et les employés étaient très enthousiastes. Les rideaux sont tous des interrupteurs électriques. La salle de bain dispose d'installations complètes et d'un grand espace. Le double lavabo et la baignoire sont superbes et donnent sur le port de Gongbei. La pression de l'eau dans la douche est également excellente, ce qui rend la douche agréable. Il existe de nombreux nouveaux films à la télévision que vous pouvez regarder gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner était également correct, les nouilles aux fruits du dragon étaient impressionnantes. Le rapport qualité/prix global est élevé. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Gongbei.

HHuhuC'est un hôtel de style chinois. On dit qu'il s'agit d'un point de réception du gouvernement. En bas se trouve le littoral de Lovers Road, qui est très approprié pour la marche et les exercices matinaux. L'hôtel comprend également un petit-déjeuner buffet. Si vous réservez une vue sur la mer chambre, vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne et la mer à l'extérieur. Bien que Xiaobao mesure plus de 1,2 mètre, le personnel chaleureux n'a pas facturé la moitié du prix. Ce n'est pas loin de Zhuhai Fishing Girl et de Riyuebei. Nous sommes allés au parc Jingshan pour prendre le téléphérique et la poulie, sommes allés à Riyuebei pour prendre un hélicoptère et avons fait du vélo sur Lovers Road. Zhuhai est un endroit propice aux voyages tranquilles.
