1. La chambre est très grande et lumineuse. Je l'ai réservée à l'avance, donc elle ne coûte que plus de 200 par nuit. Je pense que le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt bon.
2. La machine à laver a pour fonction de laver et de sécher, et elle sèche rapidement après le lavage.
3. Les toilettes sont assez grandes et très propres.
4. L'hôtel n'est qu'à quelques yuans du quartier commerçant de Huafa en taxi. Il est très pratique de sortir pour manger.

There is no doubt that your hotel is a very high-end five-star hotel. This three-day and two-night trip was an eye-opener for me. During check-in, I saw other hotel guests openly smoking in the lobby, with no regard for other people's feelings. I was very disgusted.
But I also admire the hotel staff for their quick response. When I pointed out to them that the clock in the room was an hour slow (if I had to catch a flight first, I would most likely be late) and that the bedside lamp was blinking like a ******* house, they immediately arranged for repairs and adjustments, and served seasonal fruits. I was very impressed.
But there are still areas that need improvement. For example, the breakfast restaurant is not directly accessible by elevator, making it extremely inconvenient for us elderly people or residents in wheelchairs to get up and down. If we stay here again next time, we must stay on the first floor.
In addition, the seating layout in the restaurant is very crowded and narrow. Maybe the wicker chairs are too big. I was forced to hear the conversations of my neighbors. I pushed each other's seats while grabbing food, and almost had breakfast on someone else. It was very dangerous. I hope the management will face up to this problem and make improvements.

L'entrée du bâtiment et l'ascenseur n'avaient pas de climatisation. Il faisait trop chaud quand j'étais là-bas. La climatisation de l'ascenseur a été allumée le lendemain.
L'hygiène des chambres était décevante. La pièce avait une humidité horrible et une odeur d'eau coincée trop longtemps. Sur certains murs, vous pouvez également voir des taches d'eau.
Le lit était très propre. Le quartier est très grand, près du boulevard près du bord de mer. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits où manger toute la nuit.
Le personnel était également très sympathique et serviable même si je ne parlais pas chinois.

Hotel n service are good. But when I book this hotel, I relied on both trip.com n hotel website info that there are tennis courts. But after I booked n few days before arrival I called, it's mentioned no tennis courts at all. Me n my friends are very disappointed. I think the amenities info should be more accurate.

Formidable
XXiaofengxihuanlvxingJe séjourne souvent au Sheraton Zhuhai Huafa et je pense que c'est ce que je ressens le plus.
En tant que personne dont la maison est à Zhuhai, parfois je n'aime pas rentrer chez moi et je veux rester ici pour une nuit.
Car non seulement l'environnement ici est bon et calme, mais le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment élevé, et les amis de l'hôtel sont également très enthousiastes. Chaque fois que je reviens ici, j'ai l'impression d'être de retour à la maison !
Le secteur de la restauration de l'hôtel est excellent et correct. J'ai mangé plusieurs fois au buffet du petit-déjeuner et au dîner du Feast. Surtout, le dîner propose souvent de nouveaux produits. Je suis allé récemment au dîner sous forme de buffet et j'ai goûté leurs nouveaux abats de bœuf, qui ont un goût particulièrement bon.
Le happy hour dans le salon exécutif le soir est également très bon. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels Marriott, et un hôtel dans cette gamme de prix comme le Huafa Sheraton est vraiment exceptionnel non seulement en termes d'équipements de chambre, d'environnement géographique de l'hôtel, la restauration, mais aussi la qualité des employés de l'hôtel. Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is an absolute gem! I had the pleasure of staying for five days, and every moment was truly delightful. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining a clean and luxurious environment is commendable.
One of the most unique and charming aspects of the hotel is its beautiful setting, featuring dolphins and flamingos that bring a magical touch to the experience. Watching them up close was a special treat and made the stay even more memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is serene and inviting, perfect for a getaway that balances relaxation and entertainment.

KKen Ho YinOverall was good, especially the location if you what you wanted was to stay near to Macau, as the hotel is right next to the border control point. To me is location and location for this hotel. There is a covered car park for you to use for free during your stay. Room is in decent size.
If I must write down a flaw that I am aware of, probably is the design of the shower room, as the shower door is also used as the door for the washroom, so the washroom will get wet after you take a shower (the water would drip from the door), and there is nowhere for you place your bath mat to step on. Clever design to save space but not practical. Just a personal opinion, I booked a room with a Macau view, but I would probably say, don't bother, as the buildings of Macau are far.

Jenna and Angela provided me with round-the-clock butler services, and their professionalism and dedication deeply impressed me. Whether it was carefully preparing a wake-up call and a nutritious breakfast for me in the early morning or promptly responding to my needs and solving various problems late at night, they always maintained enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism without the slightest slack. During my stay, they took meticulous care of my itinerary arrangements, daily life, etc., making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home.
Manager Willow Lin also demonstrated extraordinary leadership and a high degree of responsibility towards guests. He took the initiative to inquire about my stay experience several times, listened attentively to my feedback, and adjusted service details in a timely manner according to my needs to ensure that I could enjoy the highest quality service every moment during my stay at the hotel. J'ai choisi le DoubleTree by Hilton Hengqin. Je voudrais particulièrement remercier Clarence, le petit frère qui m'a aidé à m'enregistrer. J'ai fait une réservation juste avant mon arrivée. à l'hôtel, mais la réception n'a pas reçu de message de réservation. , le petit frère nous a immédiatement aidé à contacter le tiers et a demandé que la commande soit traitée rapidement et a surclassé le type de chambre pour moi. . J'ai entendu dire que l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine sur le toit qui n'est pas encore ouverte, je l'essaierai la prochaine fois.

YYantoutouRecommandé par un ami, je ne suis resté qu'une journée et je ne voulais pas partir. Je me sentais beaucoup mieux dans un si bon endroit où séjourner un jour de pluie. Le service dans tout l'hôtel était complètement cinq étoiles. sympathique. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde en vacances, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Kevin à la réception était très prévenant et nous a rappelé les heures de pointe pour dîner au restaurant et à la piscine, rendant notre expérience très confortable. Le dîner à l'étage exécutif est également très bon. Comme c'était un jour de pluie, j'avais peur que la chambre soit bruyante, mais c'était très calme et j'ai très bien dormi la nuit [fort]

33LittlePigsOver the top service with this exceptional staff at reception Aurora! I booked 2 rooms (a 2 bedroom suite and a one king family room). We were able to check into our 2 bedroom suite at 11am and Ms Aurora explained that our second room will be available in about an hour. She even gave us her WeChat and informed us when our room was ready. We needed to book shuttle bus from hotel to Chimelong for 11 people and she helped us over WeChat as well.
Thank you Aurora, we will definitely come back again!

MMrs LawThis was our first visit to Chimelong Zhuhai and we enjoyed our stay at Circus Hotel. Our room got upgraded and we watched the 8pm fireworks show from our room after dinner. The hotel is situated right next to the Kaka Theatre and the Chimelong Show, 10mins walk to/from Ocean Kingdom.

La télévision n'avait pas de signal, mais la réception a rapidement envoyé quelqu'un pour la régler et elle est devenue immédiatement visible.
Les chambres sont soignées et propres, et le rez-de-chaussée est également très propre.
Le lit est suffisamment grand pour que quatre personnes (une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants) dorment ensemble.
