Hôtels avec piscine à Aqaba

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

hôtel de luxe! Réparation et environnement frais! L'odeur de l'hôtel est délicieuse! Une qualité étonnante du lit et il y a une sélection de poules. Une plage froide avec du sable blanc mais de l'eau refroidissante. Un étonnante petit déjeuner et dîner dans le restaurant. Le Tiramisu est meilleur que dans le pays d'origine du déssert :) Il y avait une situation où un diplôme était nécessaire, et le personnel médical de l'hôtel est venu pour aider, a effectué un court examen. C'est un très bon hôtel pendant mon séjour en Jordanie. La sécurité est aussi très bonne, je suis 々 très amicale avec les Japonais. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très proche du centre-ville, donc je peux marcher. Nous voyageons en taxi et il est super de parquer très bien.

Arrêté pour une nuit. Bon hôtel de plage. Les touristes sont peu nombreux, probablement en raison de la proximité d'Israël. Votre alcool ne peut pas être transporté, ils ont dans l'hôtel. Pour la comparaison - une bouteille de vin de la bouteille dans le magasin coût 12-15 dinar, dans l'hôtel - 60! Vous pouvez accepter, mais seulement si elles ont quelque chose. Oui, c'est bon. Le petit déjeuner est une bonne chose. Le dîner est sorti de la zone de l'hôtel.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

D'accord, la règle est très claire, c'est aussi propre, le prix est encore un peu élevé, la nourriture est également bonne. La position est bonne, l'environnement d'isolation sonore de l'hôtel est bon!!!!

La location est bonne, il faut une petite attention de la gestion pour garder les services de nettoyage complets, un avis remis à la gestion pour l'attention future. Sur tout bon hôtel .
