Hôtels avec piscine à Kep

Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

1. L'hôtel était propre et hygiénique, et le service était bon. Très prisé des touristes, il affichait complet la plupart des chambres. Le rez-de-chaussée était un peu humide, contrairement à l'étage. 2. L'annonce sur Ctrip était erronée. Elle indiquait la présence d'une cuisine, or aucune des chambres n'en était équipée. Le directeur de l'hôtel nous a montré les informations publiées, il est donc difficile de comprendre pourquoi Ctrip nous a induits en erreur. Par conséquent, nous n'avons pas pu préparer les fruits de mer achetés au marché aux crabes, ce qui nous a considérablement pénalisés. 3. Ctrip proposait différents types de chambres à des prix différents, mais après vérification auprès de l'hôtel, nous avons constaté qu'il s'agissait de la même chambre, de même taille et de même type. Une annonce mentionnait une chambre pour 3 personnes avec petit-déjeuner, tandis que l'autre l'indiquait pour 2. Ma réservation était pour 3 personnes, mais nous n'étions que 2, et l'hôtel n'avait jamais proposé de petit-déjeuner pour 3 personnes. 4. En raison des informations erronées de Ctrip, l'enregistrement a été compliqué et nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel un jour plus tôt. Ctrip a affirmé que la réservation n'était pas remboursable, ce que l'hôtel a contesté. Or, j'étais à la réception à ce moment-là, et l'hôtel a pleinement confirmé cette information. N'ayant pas encore reçu le paiement, l'argent était détenu par Ctrip, et non par l'hôtel. Ils ont finalement accepté de me rembourser et m'ont offert une enveloppe rouge symbolique de 36 yuans à titre de compensation, que je n'ai toujours pas reçue.

Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom.

I recently visited Vakara Kep with a group of friends for a weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room's setup. The location of the hotel is just perfect—beautiful views and close to everything you’d want to explore in Kep. One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Whether we were enjoying a peaceful morning or winding down after a day of adventures, the view never got old. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, Vakara Kep offered a memorable stay with excellent service, stunning views, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway, with the added bonus of being so close to the beauty of Kep National Park!

L'hôtel est géré par les Français, il a un service chinois, très enthousiaste. L'environnement de l'hôtel est propre, la disposition de la chambre est parfaite, élégante et sans inconvénient, le service est attentif et très confortable. Les grandes et petites parties sont si conviviales, aujourd'hui il est trente ans, et nous avons donné plusieurs invités chinois pendant l'année chinoise. Le prix est également raisonnable. La prochaine fois que vous allez à White Horse, vous allez rester à l'hôtel.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel était très aimable et a parlé avec moi quand je suis arrivé. Les autres membres du personnel que j'ai parlé au bar étaient gentils et attentifs. Les chambres ont de grandes portes en verre pour vous permettre de voir la mer de votre chambre facilement. Le bar de l'hôtel dispose d'un grand nombre de boissons et d'un menu complet de nourriture et de snacks. La chambre était propre et grande - il y a une chaudière pour faire du thé et du café. La ville de Kep Beach est très bien située.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans le bungalow 1 chambre. La décoration est très soignée. Les propriétaires feront tout pour vous réconforter et vous aider. Ils sont très gentils. J'ai adoré avoir la machine à laver dans la chambre car nous voyageons longtemps. Un point négatif pour nous, nous avons utilisé le lit de couchage dans le salon mais ce n'était pas assez confortable pour nous. Je réserverais le bungalow avec le lit supplémentaire (chambre) si je devais revenir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et l'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème. Le bungalow était assez spacieux, un peu chaud certes, mais un ventilateur portable a suffi. Situé juste en face de la piscine, accessible même la nuit, nous avons pu faire un dernier plongeon pour nous rafraîchir avant d'aller nous coucher. La végétation entre les bungalows créait une atmosphère agréable et reposante.
