Dans l'ensemble, c'est impressionnant. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. J'aime beaucoup la machine à glace, surtout quand il fait très chaud. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking. Il y a eu des travaux pendant notre séjour, mais ce n'était pas du tout un problème.

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

We really enjoyed our stay — it was a lovely place to rest and unwind, and we loved the aesthetic and overall vibe. However, the location felt a bit sketchy at times, which was a drawback for us. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax for a day or two, but maybe not the best choice for exploring or backpacking.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel était bien situé et le personnel était gentil. Malheureusement, le drain de douche n'était pas correctement installé et les gaz d'épuration rempliraient toute la chambre. Les nettoyeurs d'hôtel ont essayé de masquer l'odeur en pulvérisant libéralement un déodorisseur de chambre. La piscine, bien que douce, était parfaite pour le refroidissement.

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

Location parfaite. Près de la place principale où la plupart des agences se préparent le matin pour Chichen Itza, Los Colorados et d'autres excursions. Il y a un OXXO juste à côté de la rue. Tout est disponible à pied. La chambre était très propre et propre tous les jours. Le seul côté, si ça vous concerne, c'est que vous pouvez entendre tout de la rue, mais il se calme autour de 11PM. Le personnel était fantastique et utile. Je réserverais certainement.

The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
