Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

L'emplacement, le service et l'ambiance sont excellents. Le bruit provenant des étages supérieurs et de la piscine peut parfois être un peu gênant. La douche n'est pas équipée d'une douchette, ce qui la rend peu pratique. Un sèche-cheveux serait également appréciable.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

La chambre de petit déjeuner est très bien. Le parking est gratuit, mais il est caché. Si vous avez une voiture, c'est un grand endroit pour rester. Cependant, pour les bagages sur le chemin, il ne peut pas être la meilleure option. Le personnel du bureau front est ami, et les chambres étaient fantastiquement propres. La chambre de petit déjeuner est très bien située, mais le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je comprends que pour deux personnes, il n'y a pas besoin de remplir, mais au moins d'offrir des aliments suffisants pour deux personnes, comme nous avons payé pour le paquet complet. Il y avait un compteur à la minute.

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Ils m'ont même aidé à obtenir un taxi à l'aéroport me rencontrer dehors de la porte. I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

A great central location which is quiet, a well conceived property, just poorly managed The jacuzzi baths and shower screens are covered in scum, the jacuzzi baths stink of stagnant water ”hello legionnaires disease”, the elevators etc aren't wiped down for 3 days, that's they lower parts , the upper parts..., your guess is as good as mine When you upgrade to enjoy a balcony and jacuzzi bath, little details like balcony furniture and a clean bathroom are generally appreciated, though not offered

La chambre est propre, la douche chaude et le climatisation fonctionnent parfaitement bien, le toit est impressionnant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je me réserve pour 1 nuit pour voir comment je vais avec cet hôtel comme c'est ma première fois. La caisse de sécurité n'est pas en service, les serviettes sont surutilisées, aucun serviettes, il faut demander une, mini-bar frigo n'est pas en service. Le matin suivant, environ 715am de garderies a été coupé, puis le cloche de la porte m'a réveillé, disant qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM et c'est un PROTOCOLE à El Vistra pour faire ce qui est totalement insane. J'ai vérifié juste après, puis la réception m'a dit qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM pour s'assurer que tout est pour moi de recevoir mon dépôt.

Did a late check in. It was smooth. Room with comfortable bed but the blanket was very thin. Aircon was ok. The highlight was the strong hot shower. Also no toilet mat or toiletries.
