A vibrant and energetic hotel with an absolutely beautiful ocean-view room. The hotel staff were all very nice, especially Tony at the front desk during check-in, as well as the pool and ocean center staff and the online customer service team, who provided fast and professional responses.

Great stay at Bayview Hotel Guam. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a nice view. It’s on an uphill, but still super close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Would stay again!

L'hôtel en lui-même n'était pas mal. Recommandé pour les voyages en famille. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de vraiment utiliser les installations, donc je ne peux pas vraiment en parler. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel d'entretien et de restauration était très gentil.

部屋からの眺めがとにかく最高でした！ 今回の旅ではタクシー・レンタカーで移動しましたが、ホテルからは赤いバスやアウトレットまでであれば無料シャトルバスも出ています。ロケーションは良いです。 また、ホテル内の設備、サービスがとにかくよかったです。ホテル内にあるプールはそこまで人がいないのでウォータースライダーも何回も乗り放題です。海の状況が良ければシュノーケリングも借りることができます。 また、週3回あるチャモロの文化を感じるミニイベントでは軽食付きでプチダンスショーも見れて無料なのはとても良かったです。さらに、毎日16:30〜19:30までハッピーアワーをやっており、お酒とスナックを無料で楽しめるのも最高です。 ホテル内でも十分楽しめるコンテンツがたくさんあるので半日〜1日をホテルで楽しむ時間を作るのもありだと思います。

Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

My second time (first was last April 2025) Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

Although the hotel is located close to the airport, it requires about a 10-minute drive, and a vehicle is essential due to the actual travel distance. The check-in process and all facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and overall satisfactory. It is a highly suitable choice for a one-night stay.
