Hôtels avec piscine à Comte d'Orange

This was the perfect spot for what we needed a short stay in Orlando of visiting Universal Studios. The staff were on points of the facilities were just right and location couldn’t have been better but certainly recommend for a short stay.

Excellent hôtel à un prix raisonnable. Emplacement idéal à proximité du quartier Universal. Assez proche du centre (environ 12 USD/trajet en Lyft) et de l'aéroport (environ 35 USD/trajet en Lyft). Bons petits déjeuners et ménage quotidien. Je peux recommander l'hôtel. C'est un bon choix !

Le lit était propre, mais il y avait quelque chose de rouge sur la cuillère. (je ne m'en fiche pas) la pâte dentaire est fournie sur demande. La nettoyage de la chambre n'est pas quotidienne mais il a été fait 4 sur 5 nuits. Je resterais cet hôtel encore si je suis venu ici. c'était vraiment bon marché. le petit déjeuner était vraiment sympa

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai constaté que ma réservation pour deux chambres était en réalité deux réservations distinctes, ce qui m'a valu deux dépôts de garantie. Il manquait 5 $ sur ma carte de crédit, et ils ont refusé d'accepter 5 $ en espèces. J'ai donc dû effectuer un paiement express pour pouvoir régler le second dépôt. La réceptionniste afro-américaine à la queue de cheval et portant des lunettes (dont je n'ai pas retenu le nom) a refusé d'être payée en espèces et m'a empêché de parler au responsable. Les murs de ma chambre étaient tachés d'huile et le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais il n'y avait que de la saucisse, ni bacon ni autre viande. Le parking coûtait 110 $ pour quatre nuits. J'ai ensuite voulu partir un jour plus tôt et le personnel de nuit m'a assuré que je ne serais pas facturé si je quittais l'hôtel avant 11 h le lendemain matin. Lorsque j'ai tenté de partir à 8 h 30, la même réceptionniste afro-américaine était de nouveau présente et a agi comme si elle devait obtenir l'autorisation du responsable. Elle est partie l'appeler, je n'ai donc pas entendu sa conversation, puis elle est revenue pour m'annoncer que je ne pouvais partir plus tôt qu'une seule nuit, conformément à ma réservation. J'ai demandé à parler au responsable, et elle m'a répondu que lorsqu'elle l'avait appelé, il était sous la douche et ne serait pas là avant 9 h. J'ai dit que j'attendrais. Je lui ai alors rappelé que nous avions deux réservations distinctes et que nous devions donc pouvoir partir plus tôt pour les deux chambres. Elle a fini par céder. De plus, à chaque fois que j'ai appelé, avant, pendant et après mon séjour, j'ai dû appeler sans relâche pendant environ six heures avant que quelqu'un ne réponde. Même lorsque j'étais sur place et que le téléphone de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai continué d'appeler et j'ai dû descendre le premier soir pour signaler les taches d'huile sur mon mur et le dysfonctionnement du téléphone, car je ne voulais pas payer. Elle a dit qu'elle était au courant et que le papier peint allait être remplacé. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel trois fois et, après cette expérience, je n'y remettrai plus les pieds. Cette dame était la seule à avoir une attitude aussi désagréable.

Encontrar el hotel fué super fácil, excelente locación para turistas. Al hacer check in tuve unos contratiempos que me complicaron la llegada despues de lo cansada que estaba. Según me enteré, es política del hotel que los residentes tenemos que pagar un depósito de $200 reembolsable al hacer el check out. El problema no era el no saber que había ese depósito sino que debía de ser efectivo solamente. Eso me molestó muchímo por que solo quería llegar y bañarme y en cambio tuve que salir en busca de un cajero automático. La habitación estaba limpia y olía agradable, a pesar que las sabanas tenían marcas de quemaduras de cigarillo por donde quiera 😂 La cortina del baño hecha pedazos y muy pequeñas y toda el agua caía afuera 🤦♀️ a parte de eso todo lo demás estaba bien.

La chambre était agréable et l'hôtel est très proche du parc d'attractions. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, d'une navette gratuite pour le parc et d'un arrêt de bus. Plusieurs restaurants et un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 se trouvent à proximité. La ligne de bus 22, en provenance de l'aéroport, dessert l'hôtel.

L'hôtel, une bonne location, le service est également très bon, le personnel sourire, le petit déjeuner est considéré comme bon à un certain niveau, le seul dessous est que la chambre à la madrague et la salle de bains dispose d'un petit coucher. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon.

Petit-déjeuner correct mais pas de confiture Frigo bien pratique Parcs Universals : Attractions avec simulateur en 3 ou 4 D + montagnes russes familiales : Top Extra Géniales !!! il faudrait créer 1 attraction qui dure 1/2 - 1 h 00... pour une Grande Grande Aventure !! Super déco aussi. L'attraction Harry Potter and the forbiden Journey tourne beaucoup et peut donner mal au coeur mais côté images vraiment fantastiques. Moins de monde qu'aux parcs Disney, plus d'Attractions avec simulateur, mais à un tarif également exorbitant tout à fait indécent. (Ce serait sympa des films à la TV en 3 ou 4 D)

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
