Hôtels près de Allison Reserve, Sydney

Le personnel était fantastique et très bienvenu, facile check-in en service au bar. Chambres où bon et propre, bien aménagées pour une famille de 4 comme nous. Notre chambre avait deux lits uniques et un lit double. Très de parkings sur le côté de l'hôtel aussi. Grand pub aussi.

Needed to stay out there for an early departure from Bankstown Airport. It is REALLY close to the airport which is fantastic. The rooms were renovated, basic but clean and comfortable. They were a better standard than your average pub room. The most important thing, they were quiet. It was a week night so I can’t vouch for Friday or Saturday nights. The pub itself was good, beers cold and the meal was great. I had the ribeye, chips and salad. Mickey the Assistant Manager was really friendly, showed me to my room, explained breakfast etc and organised dinner. Overall a great experience and I will be staying again.

Second stay here, and almost as good as my first late last year (room & view slightly better from 10th floor room overlooking Bankstown Oval last year, than from 6th floor on this occasion). Nonetheless, very clean room, good TV and quality in-room facilities. Water pressure good; & quality body wash & moisturiser provided in the bathroom. Once again I enjoyed the array of restaurants conveniently located in the adjacent sports club. Kevin & his colleague were exceptionally warm & helpful upon our arrival. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bankstown.

Nous avons été hier soir et nous nous sommes trouvés très bien. Motel propre, en ordre et avec de vastes espaces dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Parking front de la chambre, wifi parfaitement fonctionnant et courtoisie des propriétaires. Si nous rentrons dans la zone.

La chambre de l'hôtel est propre et propre, la salle de bains et le salon sont super grandes, vous pouvez obtenir un coup de boisson gratuitement au petit bar en bas. Le bistro est pas cher, c'est à 11 heures du matin. La balcone et le jardin de bière au premier étage peuvent fumer, intimes, et la salle de jeux peuvent ****, un service de stationnement. Le jour où je suis parti, je veux plus de tours à Sydney, la réception donne aussi des boîtes de stockage gratuites, je ne pense pas payer pour donner une chance, je suis très bon. Maintenant, j'attends que le bistro ouvre la porte pour manger le sac, puis dîner et aller à l'aéroport quand je rentre la nuit pour prendre la valise. Bien que près de 20 kilomètres de la ville, il y a une station de métro à la porte, où qu'il soit pratique, l'aéroport sort et il a fait une carte de bus opal, où que vous voulez aller. Je voulais reprendre une nuit, mais j'ai une chambre. En résumé, le prix est super élevé, la prochaine fois, à Sydney.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.

Fantastic hotel and close to everything in each direction you take. Train station on 2 minute walk with plenty of surrounding shops for huge of amount of food outlets,drinks,haircuts,ect ect the list goes on..major shopping centre less then 5 min walk(kmart,coles,big-W,woolworths ect) Easy check-in friendly hotel staff Room was fantastic for just under a week stay for a function over at the sports club Comfortable bed with decent pillow,very clean room and bathroom were it looks like its brandnew or renovated or cleaned well after each patron,kettle,tv aircon in rooms usb outlet in the wall.Did bring earplugs for my stay as it is next to the road where you might get sound of traffic or the pedisatrian walk beeps allnight which i was warned about earlier anyhows. Easy check out with a drop box on the wall on the way out for early morning departures.

La dame à l'arrivée était si chaleureuse et bienvenue et m'a fait sentir comme un invité précieux qui est si refroidissant que avoir séjourné dans de nombreux logements de prix budgétaires au cours des années grand service client n'est certainement pas la norme, donc je les remercie beaucoup pour cela. - Excellent prix payé $85 pour la nuit - Grand standard de nettoyage - Silence - Micro-ondes disponibles dans la zone commune Negatifs - La chaise en plastique était très courte et inconfortable. - Pas de sacs de thé ou quoi que ce soit dans la chambre, dit tout enlevé en raison de la prévention du COVID mais n'a pas vraiment de sens compte tenu de tout comme les bars de soap, les feuilles de lit, sont tous traités et mis dans la chambre de façon à ce que le café/té soit conditionné individuellement le risque plus élevé que je ne comprends pas.

Brook est la plus mauvaise réceptionniste que j'aie jamais rencontrée, elle cria à un autre réceptionniste qui était encore en formation devant nous. Elle était rude à lui et à nous!!! Je ne peux pas croire qu'il n'y a pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et je dois payer pour cela!!!! L'hôtel est 4 étoiles et presque 200 $ par nuit. Ils ne peuvent même pas acquitter de l'eau? Tous les équipements sont vieux. Le départ près de mon lit a été cassé. Seul le bon rapport avec cet hôtel est le lit est assez confortable.

Si vous voulez un endroit pour ”mettre la tête en bas” la nuit dans le sud-ouest de Sydney à un prix raisonnable, ce n'est pas une mauvaise option. (Notez que c'est un motel de pub et nous avons séjourné le samedi soir). Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs, il n'est certainement pas une base pour visiter Sydney, mais si vous visitez des gens ou avez des affaires dans la région et vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit peu cher pour dormir et refroidir, c'est une bonne option. Je resterais encore ici.
