C'était un bon séjour dans un endroit pratique ! Proche de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le personnel était poli.

La conception de la salle de bain n'est pas bonne. La porte vitrée de la baignoire de douche heurtait facilement la porte de la salle de bain lorsque je sortais de la baignoire de douche. De plus, l'eau coulait par le dessous de la porte vitrée pendant que je prenais le bain. Par conséquent, le sol était très humide après avoir fini de prendre le bain. Le plafond de ma chambre fuyait. En conséquence, j'ai dû changer de chambre.

La chambre était extrêmement petite et la douche n'était pas propre. Une seule serviette par personne n'était pas suffisante.

L'emplacement était génial - une jolie promenade à travers le pont et jusqu'au cœur de la ville. Le personnel était très agréable et m'appelait souvent par mon nom !

La vue sur le port était superbe, surtout la nuit. Rien d'autre n'était génial à part ça. Pas facile d'y arriver uniquement à pied.

A great stay only too short. The  experience at the check in was amazing. So grateful to the man who is a huge asset to the hotel. He gave us our bearings and not only helped us he helped a mother with little children. Keep being you.  Had a lovely outlook our the  Harbour. Bed was so comfortable. Have stayed a long time ago.  and will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was an alright place, the paint was crumbling off the walls, but otherwise it was good, the bed was comfy, but for taller people- the feet hang outside the bed, so just be ready for that

Hotel bit in need of renovation. Carpet in hallways frayed and old (and dirty). Room just average; small, basic. Food at breakfast fine, but not cheap. Instructions how to get to the light rail poor and confusing.

Stayed at the Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour for 7 nights. While the location is excellent — just a short walk to Darling Harbour and the ICC Convention Centre — the overall experience was underwhelming. Check-in wasn’t a great start, as the front desk staff member who assisted me was quite grumpy and unwelcoming. Breakfast was the same every morning with a very limited selection, which got boring quickly. The room was clean but had several issues: the shower was hard to adjust, constantly swinging between too hot or too cold, and the walls were thin, so I could clearly hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. The convenient location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not feel like good value for money.

Hotel staff sam agree to cancel the booking for free for some reason .but the result is negative.I dun know why how this hotel could be a four star hotel,but the fact that it was more like a three star or even a two star hotel
