Évaluations de Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments

Keys won’t work after 2 days then changed new key but still didn’t work. Overall is okay.

The location was in the central city. The bed was not very comfortable.

The location is wonderful, would say that it's the center of famous attractions Sunny Hills, Chinatown, Bondi Beach, Opera House, Darling Habour, and The Rocks. We Rented a car, fees per day were pretty cheap, and assistance to keep your car within the hotel is fantastic .good hospitality service. The housekeeping team was really efficient a team of 7/8 cleaning the room so it's fast and clean. Overall the place is really clean and a really cozy place to come back to. The only thing that wasn't so pleasing is that, we requested for late check-out for another 30min - 1 hour but was rejected by the receptionist .as we had mistaken the time and just woke up and didn't manage to pack our stuff and were requested to leave the place within 15 min time. its was really rush and left us with not a really happy way to end the trip .

"자라 타워 럭셔리 스위트 & 아파트먼트" 는 요금관련 정책을 좀더 자세히 공지할 필요가 있습니다. . 호텔직원이 잘못 전달한 내용만 믿고 이틀동안 저의 상담을 들어주신 트립닷컴 담당자님, 죄송하고 감사했습니다. . 요금 관련 내용은 아래와 같습니다. 성인 2명 + 어린이 1명 요금으로 예약했습니다. 그 밑에는 작게 "어린이에 대해 별도 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다"라고 기재되어 있었습니다. 사실 아이가 9살이고, 조식을 먹는 호텔도 아니었기에 추가 요금이 있어서 얼마 안될 것이라 생각했습니다. 호텔에 들어가니 "어린이에 대해 별도 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다" 라는 문구가 있어서 하루에 100달러를 더 내야 한다고 했습니다. 직원과 한참을 이야기하는 과정에서 아래와 같은 말을 했습니다.(정확히 하기 위해서 번역기 사용해서 다시 확인) "바우처에 그렇게 적혀 있어서 추가 금액을 받은 것이고, 트립닷컴에서 어린이 요금에 대한 것을 안받아도 된다고 하면 돈을 돌려주겠다"고 말했습니다. 트립닷컴과 다시 연락하고 확인하면서 여행중 2일을 이것에 신경 썼습니다. 나중에 트립닷컴 상담원 찰리가 확인해 준 내용은 아래와 같습니다. "만 2세 이상은 성인으로 간주되기 때문에, 호텔 정책으로 안내 받으신 금액(일박당 100달러)로 지불해야 합니다" 호텔 직원이 저 이상한 말을 안했어도, 호텔의 이상한 규정(만 2세 이상은 성인으로 간주)을 알지 못한 내 잘못 이구나 생각했을 텐데... 제 시간이 너무나 아까웠습니다. . 침실/거실/주방 모두 트여있는 커다란 방이 었습니다. 한번은 경험해 보고 싶었던 모양이었습니다. . 화장실/샤워실이 많이 불편했습니다. 따로 따로 있으면 좋았을텐데 같이 하나의 공간으로 되어있고 많이 삭막해 보이는 형태여서 아쉬웠습니다. . 주방에 냉장고, 전자레인지, 오븐, 가스레인지 다 있었고, 그릇, 컵, 칼, 숫가락, 젓가락 다 있었습니다. 소금,후추,세제도 있습니다.

房間很大，設施齊全，給了一次性拖鞋還有牙刷！最開心的是茶是T2的。按金500🔪在退房的第二天就返還了！還提供免費寄存行李🧳服務！ps前台小姐姐很nice！

因為都是一家人出遊，所以一直在選這種service apartment，地理位置不錯，基本步行到悉尼的主要景點。總的來説還是乾淨的，前台也非常熱情

酒店距離博物館地鐵站較近，周圍生活方便，小吃超市等一應俱全，房間配備廚房設施，令旅途生活倍感方便，前台友好服務專業。

房間很好，客廳也寬敞，廚房設施齊全。就是臨街，夜裡噪聲有影響，同時房間燈光設計偏昏暗

位置偏一點，旁邊是火車站，有點吵，但是方便。

房間很乾凈，設施需要的都有，工作人員也很友好負責👍

就還是很不錯的 服務也很好 但這個比較像公寓酒店 我個人的話其實畢竟傾向於正規的酒店 不過我住的這個房間真的巨大無比 價格也很合理

房間不錯得哦，房間大，服務很好，出行city walk很方便，晚上夜景也不錯
