Je suis resté à l'hôtel pendant 2.5 semaines pendant l'une des périodes les plus occupées de Sydney. Les chambres ont été nettoyées quotidiennement. Le personnel est exceptionnel. Le gestionnaire de service incroyable. J'avais quelques hiccups comme tout voyageur serait à tout hôtel, mais une fois mentionné par moi au personnel ils ont sans hésiter allé au-delà pour garantir que mon séjour était parfait. Ce n'est pas le plus glamour ou le plus grand ou même le plus sophistiqué, mais il était parfait pour un seul gars comme moi qui voyage en Australie pour Mardi Gras et voir le site. Les autres amis de ma compagnie ont été confrontés à de nombreux problèmes au-delà de mes défis dans d'autres grands hôtels de chaîne, mais ce petit endroit m'a maintenu à marcher et m'a fait très heureux. Je retournerai à tout moment. Il est parfait pour la vue du site et un sommeil de nuit ou une nuit de coucher. Merci à tout le personnel qui y ont été merveilleux.

This is one of the most luxurious hostels you could stay in. It is beautifully designed, but in the dormitories they will never look like the photos unless you are the only one in there (or the other people staying in there are really tidy with their possessions!). This is the definition of the meme: expectation vs reality. The private room is incredible, it felt like a hotel room - just without an ensuite. Breakfast was fine, but disappointing. Beggars can't be choosers; but, why was there no fruit? Your options were tea and coffee, toast and cereal - that was about it. That staff were competent and helpful regarding matters of admin, but not as friendly and chatty as other hostels I have stayed in. Cleaning could be improved. Down the side of my dorm bed there were used Cotton Buds, tissues, and other detritus which was not pleasant when checking nothing had fallen down the side of my bed before checking out. The Goki experience was unique and modern, somewhat of a fan of that over keycards or keys. Overall pretty good, but don't expect the most social experience - if you are a solo traveller after making friends, there are better hostels I would recommend over this one. If you are travelling as a couple or with friends, this would be great.

I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? Le séjour à l'hôtel Fullerton est une expérience merveilleuse. Il s'agit d'un hésitant entre l'hôtel Fullerton et la Quatre saisons, nous sommes enfin là. La route de l'aéroport international de Sydney a été passée d'une demi-heure en train, La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le minibar était rempli de boissons différentes. Le petit-déjeuner est au 36ème étage avec une belle vue. La nourriture ne convient pas aux estomacs chinois. Le bacon dans la gaufre au bacon proposée au menu est très délicieux. Après un séjour de trois jours, je tiens à exprimer mes remerciements particuliers à Nora, la responsable du lobby à moitié chinoise, pour avoir résolu tous les problèmes au début de mon séjour. Tous les phénomènes conditionnés sont comme des rêves ou des ombres, comme la rosée ou la foudre, et doivent être considérés comme tels.

Cet hôtel Sofitel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, avec des transports très pratiques. Il se trouve juste à la limite de Darling Harbour et est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping. Le personnel de la réception est compétent, l'enregistrement est très rapide et le départ est également très pratique. La chambre avait une vue magnifique, était très spacieuse et la décoration intérieure était décontractée et élégante. La vue depuis les étages intermédiaire et supérieur est très large. Avec les fenêtres fermées la nuit, c'était très calme, confortable pour dormir et la literie était également très confortable. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient moyennement mous et durs et l'expérience était bonne. La disposition du hall de l'hôtel vous fait vous sentir très à l'aise. Il existe de nombreuses sortes de petit-déjeuner.

This was our second stay at quest woolooware bay. The hotel is new, clean, fully equipped and couldn't be more convenient for a night at the footy. We've stayed in 2 different studio apartments, both with views and spacious. Cannot fault anything except for the air con/extraction vent being a bit on the noisy side and navigating the carpark on game day and up the steep ramps does require care and concentration. Not a deal breaker though! Definitely will stay again.
