C'est très pratique pour SM Aura, BGC et l'Eglise de Saint-Michael.
Il n'y a pas de chambres, mais quand la réception est en cours, ils sont très bons à nous apporter les articles, c'est-à-dire, des pièges supplémentaires, des bouteilles d'eau, des bouteilles pour les points mouillés dans la cuisine.
Ils disposent d'une chambre séparée de la cuisine et de la salle de séjour.
Nous reviendrons.

J'y suis resté un moment comme étape pour la nuit. Quand je me réveille le matin, SM AURA est juste en face de moi, donc ce serait bien d'aller faire du shopping. La distance de l'aéroport est d'un peu plus de 11 kilomètres. L'hôtel est neuf et propre, mais ça sent parce qu'il vient d'être construit. Ma fille souffre de rhinite allergique et elle dit avoir du mal à respirer lorsqu'elle entre dans la pièce. Le personnel était sympathique et c'était pratique d'avoir SEVEN 11 à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

The unit was good overall, but there were a few issues. There was a delay in check-in due to a leaking air conditioner, though they did adjust the checkout time to accommodate us. Additionally, one of the rooms had another problem with the air conditioner, and there was an unexplained sound that we couldn't identify. However, the unit was clean.

We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

FFrancis C.There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

IInvitéThis hotel is based within BGC, so it's very safe and convenient. The room itself is comfortable with a nice bed, decent shower/ toilet and international outlets for charging.
In terms of price, this is the best deal actually within BGC rather than slightly outside it. For convenience sake this is a big deal.
Things are new inside and there is a Samsung TV good wifi with fast speeds all the time.
Negative would be that room service does not clean up daily, so you will accumulate rubbish if you don't ask them to come clean. Additionally the towels are not replaced daily and you may need to ask for fresh ones. If you ask you shall receive.. so better to ask the staff if you want something.
Please also keep it mind you get shower gel, hand-wash some toilet paper and towels. No comb no shaver no toothbrush no toothpaste. Bring your own.
Summary, clean nice within BGC and the best value available.

They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies.
2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television.
3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement:
- Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size.
- Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests.
- Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges.
4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible.
If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities.
The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

MMikicyaL'hôtel est situé dans un quartier assez résidentiel. C'est un peu déroutant. Il ressemble à un nouvel hôtel et est très propre. Seules des douches froides sont disponibles. C'était à l'origine une chambre partagée pour 4 personnes, mais nous avons payé pour 4 personnes et nous avons pu l'utiliser comme une chambre privée, donc c'était très confortable. Je suis venu ici en moto et le stationnement était également disponible gratuitement.

I especially loved the view from the balcony—it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze.
