Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

Nous avons été conseillés ”Si vous voulez le 3 br Je suggère d'annuler la réservation et de réserver et de réserver la Standard Family Suite” que nous avons fait et il est apparu que la troisième chambre que nous avons est une chambre d'utilité,, avec une machine à laver et juste un ventilateur dans la chambre sans fenêtres et très petites, et il a mentionné 2 lits futon qui étaient mauvais. Au lieu de cela, il y avait un lit de bébé. La chambre était stuffy, odeur, pas de climatisation. Nous avons fini de louer une autre chambre pour le troisième. Il est bon que la troisième chambre soit insuffisante dans la description plutôt que de mettre des informations trompeuses. Les chambres sont normales et satisfont à nos attentes.

Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

L'hôtel-résidence était spacieux, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du centre commercial Uptown Mall. Cependant, je ne le recommanderais pas aux familles avec de jeunes enfants très actifs. Mon fils a eu un accident lorsqu'un meuble à chaussures instable lui est tombé dessus, quelques instants seulement après que j'en aie retiré des affaires. Alors que le personnel semblait plus préoccupé par la facture de 6 000 PHP pour le meuble endommagé que par la blessure de mon fils, il n'a guère assumé la responsabilité de l'état dangereux du meuble. Ils n'ont ni reconnu son instabilité ni prodigué les premiers soins, nous renvoyant directement à l'hôpital le plus proche. Ce n'est qu'après avoir contacté Trip qu'un représentant est arrivé, mais il n'avait pas de formation adéquate en secourisme et n'a pu offrir qu'une compresse froide. Mon fils a subi quelques égratignures, bosses et contusions. Le représentant a toutefois confirmé l'instabilité du meuble à chaussures. De plus, le cuiseur à riz était défectueux (ils avaient promis un remplacement, mais ne l'ont jamais fait) et le climatiseur fuyait (malgré un signalement avec preuve vidéo). Au moment du départ, on nous a reproché de ne pas avoir un verre et sa soucoupe, malgré mon attente pour une vérification en bonne et due forme. Bien que le balcon soit un atout appréciable, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel avec de jeunes enfants actifs, pour des raisons de sécurité.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t be happier. The 1-bedroom suite was perfect—clean, quiet, and with fast WiFi. Having a kitchenette with an induction cooker was a huge plus for late-night meals. The 24-hour butler service via WeChat was super responsive and made everything easy. The daily housekeeping and complimentary airport transfer made my trip stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting BGC for business!

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!
