The location of the hotel is so convenient. The staffs are friendly. The room is good and comfy. Will stay here again if visit Taipei.

Location of hotel quite good, near train station. The counter staff were very polite and friendly that made our stay comfortable. The only setback was no daily room cleaning

Had a pleasant and nice stay. Clean room, quite and controllable aircon, many pillows, nice window view of the busy street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is small. But staff are nice.
Location is good, like 5 mins walk from the TaiPei station.
Convenient store is just downstairs.
The hotel also provides “buy for you” service. You can order many famous souvenir via it, it can be even delivered on the next day, of coz it depends on the cut off time

It is very near to Taipei Train Station where can be reached directly by Airport MTR. As we have booked a room of 20 meter square on 3rd or 4th floor, we were provided by a smaller room on 2nd floor. There is not enough space for us to open 2 luggages at the same time. The room facilities are not good for us. For example, hangers are provided but no places for us to use them. We are noticed that the hotel has free coffee provided, but it does not have. The hotel has a rule that they do not have room cleaning service every day. So when having used or almost used the only one toilet paper provided, you need to ask them to get a new one even in the midnight. As for the room cleaning, they only gave us the new bath towels. They had taken away the face towels!

Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Convenient, clean and modern room. There is a few hot beverages to choose from at the front desk.
