Standard boutique hotel style, the overall environment and cleanliness are good except for the service level provided by the receptionist counter as most of them seems like not so experience with the hotel industry and not so familiar with its own hotel system.

I No recommend this hotel.. all reception attitude is not good.
I arrive hotel early but the reception just ask me to leave luggage without saying any extra.. then I come back hotel at night and found out the room is totally different from what I booking.. I went to reception ask but they replied me that although the room difference from picture but that room still under the room type I book and said all the room are full and no able to change to the room which I request. I tried to find their official website also can’t find the room picture under the room type they mentioned. This is misleading customer to make booking but in the end get difference thing. Location is quite far from MRT station which is around 12 min walking distance. The breakfast is not tasty as well. So really no worthy hotel to book.

The hotel is very thoughtful about providing snacks during the quarrantine period which makes the quarrantine much bearable. For the food choices, they have 1-2 meals which are from the micheline restaurants and hotel also tried to vary the food options, again making the quarrantine more bearable. Rooms are spacious for light exercise which is again good for quarrantine
