IInvitéCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

TTracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

YYaoIn the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

MMufVinArI had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel. The hotel offers great comfort at an affordable price, complete with a bathtub in the room. I playfully requested flower decorations on the bed, honeymoon-style—and to my surprise, the hotel fulfilled the request for free! My wife was ecstatic, and I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile.
The breakfast and lunch were delicious, with halal food options available. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to various destinations. There's even a Bank of China next door, perfect for foreign currency exchange or cash withdrawals.
Across the hotel, you'll find Ming Supermarket, which offers snacks at very low prices—great for souvenirs. There are also plenty of halal food vendors, including a Muslim-run lamb skewer stall and other street snacks, so you'll never go hungry.
While the hotel staff's English skills are limited, communication was smooth using Google Translate. The front desk even taught me how to order food online using Meituan. A highlight of our stay was their delivery robot, which brought food from the lobby directly to our room. It was impressive and fun to experience!
I highly recommend Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel for travelers seeking a delightful, hassle-free stay in Taiyuan. Their warm service and thoughtful amenities made our trip unforgettable.

ZZhongshanyangmingPermettez-moi d'abord de parler de la conclusion : pour un hôtel présentant des avantages et des inconvénients évidents, vous devez élaborer une stratégie à l'avance et réfléchir clairement à vos besoins afin que cela n'affecte pas votre humeur de voyage.
La plus grande caractéristique de cet hôtel est qu'il est très proche des attractions touristiques (l'hôtel lui-même est une attraction). Il n'est pas loin de la rue Liuxiang Bell Tower, ce qui est pratique pour la nourriture, l'hébergement et les divertissements. On ne peut pas le dire, et il a le style des tyrans locaux des marchands du Shanxi Shanxi Shanxi. Ce n'est pas un problème de télécharger 10 photos supplémentaires. Le hall de l'hôtel est très grand et l'enregistrement est rapide. Le bâtiment Jinsheng est le bâtiment principal de l'hôtel. Il y a une petite porte à côté qui vous permet d'accéder directement au parc du lac Wenying en glissant votre carte de chambre. Jinfulou est un restaurant, et les prix sont plus élevés qu'à l'extérieur.
Quant aux conditions d'enregistrement, on peut dire qu'elles sont relativement anciennes, et les chambres ne sont pas grandes. La salle de 20 mètres carrés est un peu petite, et l'aménagement est relativement old school. La vasque en porcelaine de ma chambre est encore fissurée. Mais le service est correct, il y a beaucoup d'eau et vous pouvez la récupérer vous-même dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété, et le Fenjiu est bien proposé, mais il faut commander à la carte, qui est au même prix qu'à l'extérieur.
En résumé, il s'agit d'un hôtel ancien. Nous avons fait de notre mieux en termes de service, mais en raison des limites du matériel, nous ne pouvons pas l'améliorer davantage. L'intérieur a besoin d'une rénovation majeure. Pour voyager, il faut avoir des attentes mentales à l’avance pour éviter d’être trop déçu.
