A well maintained old hotel. Friendly staffs especially thier housekeeper 449 and clean rooms. Convenient stores & restaurants are within walking distance. Suitable for international travellers.

They are one of the very few hotels that accept foreigners now during the covid situation. They do not discriminate against foreigners and they are not racist. The check in was very quick. The service very good and very helpful and friendly staff. Good and welcoming place to stay.

作為山西文旅集團旗下酒店，品質很有保障。
服務很好，乾淨衞生，客房打掃也很用心，就算是續住的，也會整理好房間，更換用品。
就是太原太乾燥了，空調很暖很乾，有加濕器更好。

是個老酒店，地理位置好，去哪都方便！服務熱情！衞生很乾凈，就是老酒店浴缸夲人不喜歡！早餐很豐盛！我更喜歡二層的中餐廳，有山西特色，菜量也大，羊肉燒麥最好吃，菜價也不貴，不出灑店就可品嚐山西特色美食！下次去太原還來住山西大酒店！

衞生：房間整潔非常乾淨。
服務：必須要贊一下經理們，和前台小姐姐。因為到店很晚了，沒有大床房了。給升級了套房。
服務炒雞到位，強烈推薦。
酒店位置就在迎澤公園附近，出行方便，酒店的停車場也足夠大，方便停車。
