Reasonable price. Good service, walkable distance to train station and high street.

Cleaning part - no vacuum the floor  No place for hanging clothes  Front Desk - no smile , no explanation , very cool , not very helpful…give me the wrong type of room that I book for stay at first and I need to change back the correct room type for my stay …

Room and washroom are very small. Having microwave in the room is a plus. Not in the city center, but if you are traveling to islands or getting on JR most of the time, it's a very convenient location

We are group of 7 peoples and require documents for claiming insurance due to typhoon in hk and delay our flight. The staff at reception, Nhu speaks good English and is very helpful in preparing our documents. Appreciate her effort to add credit to our stay.

Nice clean hotel but quite a long walk from train station. Microwave oven provided in the room.

An ok stay but the cleaner may have not been as thorough as they should have been. Desk staff helpful and close to the Shoutengai! Would stay again.

This hotel although a little bit far away from JR . But when you get use to it , you will find a way more convenient to JR. The room space is reasonable and two luggage are easily placed. The room price is acceptable. In conclusion, I was very satisfactory to it.

this hotel is new，neat ，air conditioning provided。the location is adjacent to the walking avenue ，you can buy some souvenirs here as well as food from convenience shop .

It was around a 7-min walk from the JR station. Room was very small and it was quipped with a microwave. There was a table of medium size. In the meantime, a microwave was there and it occupied half of the table. Hence, the table became very small. A supermarket was a 2-min walk. Shopping street was a 15-min walk. Good illumination The major problem was cleanliness as some rubbish was found under the table.

I spent 5 nights at Delux Single Room. There were not any room cleaning nor linen changing services. Though there are stove, fridge and microwave in the room. I could not find any utensils being supplied. The light in the toilet is automatically turned off if there is not any moveement insiide which creates inconvenience when using it. Otheres are ok.

Helpful and welcome. I can deposited luggage before chech in time.

Clean and safe. Good location. Highly recommend. I will choose again in the next time.

Small compact hotel however room cleaning was not perfect on the window. So dusty. Location is not bad on the main station. Not many restaurants near hotel. The best point is microwave in the room & very famous mattress from UK.
