Прекрасное расположение в самом центре старого города! Но есть нюансы, которые стоит учитывать: старинное здание имеет только естественную вентиляцию, поэтому в комнате может быть некомфортно, и в номере был крайне, прям исключительно, маленький санузел.

My first and without a question, my last time in this 'hotel'!! Extremely rude staff, low maintenence, over-heated shag to say. No aircon, also the duct fan in the roof of the bathroom is cloaked with dust and dirt - there's zero air exchange in the room and regardless trying to reduce the temperature of the room, it's still some +28 - +30 degrees inside. Breafast is seemingly placed there to repell the remaining customers, who have by mistake chosen this establishment to stay in. The only good thing to say about this 'accommodation' (refusing to use word hotel now), is the location.

I paid for a room with a balcony, which showed quite clearly on my booking receipt ("Your room features a balcony") but was told this was just "general information" and was stuck in a tiny dark room... the "satellite channels" they advertised consisted of four - 2 in Estonian and two in Russian! The only good thing was the location, but other than that a complete waste of money.

The hotel looked nice from outside. The hotel room was okay, but the toilet was dirty and the lamp was broken. Customer service was rude and being onher phone while customers were coming in . The Breakfast was a total disaster… few foods to choose from and the bread was dry and the sausages was floating in fat and water. The milk was staying in room temperature for god knows how long. Also they had bad smelling fish which was poisoning all the other foods which started to taste like fish. The eggs were black and rotten.

We waited in line for 30 minutes to checkin because they did not prepare the arrivals in advance as other hotels do. Our room was meant for one bed, but had two and was one of the smallest I have ever had. It faced the street so was loud and with no fan we had to open the window and deal with the street noise.

We booked the cheapest room in the hotel, but for 22,5€ per night, I at least expected a window in the room. No air ventilation and it was hard to breath without leaving the door open for 10 minutes. But everything else was fine, from the outside it looks beautiful and the location is great. Minor incidents like the fire alarm going off at 0:30 or having to wait half an hour to check-in, I can ignore.

The place is hideous. The building and courtyard have some charm but the interior is ugly. The room was compact, the bathroom was a wet room and the room was chilly with the radiators being turned on high. The positioning of the sockets was also a problem behind a very heavy desk. Trying to plug the TV and my phone charger in was a challenge. There are no amenities in the rooms here. On here the hotel is advertised as free breakfast. This was not the case; the restaurant was closed and I had directions to to travel what I guess is the sister hotel; St Olav’s 250m away. I had to pay a further 7 € for a very basic breakfast in a communal eating area that resembled a school dining hall. Despite this place not being to my liking the staff are helpful and friendly. I can’t criticize for that.

Went to Tallinn for a work trip for 3 days in August and decided to stay at the Three Crowns Residents. Tallinn was very warm these days and the hotel was without air conditioning. That is not a good combination - however, if the window was left open the entire night it was all right. Very small rooms, but the bed was great. Location is perfect! Also, great and nice staff members bumps the overall rating up to average. Would not recommend if you plan on staying a lot in the hotel room, but would recommend if you are planning on using the rooms only for sleeping.
