Pirita Beach Apartments & SPA

On 22-09-2024 my partner booked this place as he wanted us to enjoy a beautiful romantic time with sea view and patio straight to the beach as I’m from England and he’s from here (Tallinn). He received instructions by text which was completely wrong. On arrival we went to reception as the information we was given was not correct, as we approached the desk the receptionist was not welcoming what so ever and me personally have never met a person so incredibly unwelcoming and rude manners!! After the un-warmly welcome we entered the room and it was like hotel from hell (pictures attached) the pictures on the site are most probably from when it first opened and we was given a completely different room than what was paid for. Me and my partner didn’t even lay on the beds…. Meaning we had no sleep, we had sat on the chairs at the table cos they seemed the cleanest, sofa was full of stains beds was stained of blood and looked like someone had a pee (urinating) party. It is not appropriate for human consumption. In my opinion trade and standards need to shut this place down, they allow children to sleep here. I’m a parent and also my partner is and…. We would never dream of bringing our children here and never again will be stepping foot in that place ourselves again. Don’t believe the website it’s false advertising what you pay is not what you get. A solicitor has been called and hopefully something will be dealt with asap as it’s not suitable for a pig to even stay in. I could go on but this isn’t a novel.

The room was dirty. Not cleaned properly. The door code did not work so we were left out couple of times. Air condition was broken. Switched to a hotel after one night......................... .......................................

The view and the sunsets are the only positives- the building, and the apartments are in bad need of renovation. The bathroom is hardly usable. The kitchen has no light. The mentioned utensils are not available a disappointing experience.

They don’t pick up the phone. All messages sent via *********** remained unanswered. Poor communication, belittling comments, empty promises that were not kept. They just made my husband who is a cancer patient run in circles chasing them. We paid upfront after their promised to provide a treatment package confirmation required to cross the border as one of the travelers is non-EU. We paid in full and have never seen the confirmation letter despite our reminders, and promises on their part to provide the document in a week, in two days, tomorrow, on the day before the check-in date etc. Finally, when we phoned on the day before crossing the border, they stopped picking up the phone. The worst experience ever that has nothing to do with relaxation and spa treatment. Terrible and unprofessional attitude. My advice – avoid them by any cost.

Цена - только за вид на море и наличие бассейна с подогревом( бассейн за отдельную плату, сауна за отдельную плату, шезлонг за отдельную плату), но бассейн древний, не особо чистый, и самое главное, не отвечает заявленным часам работы. Написано, что работает 8-22, по факту в 12 дня в субботу бассейн еще был закрыт! Джакузи не работал вообще. Сам отель и номера очень усталые, не особо чистые, повсюду паутина, мусор, волосы. Везде объявления от штрафах - за курение (хотя все курят), не вынесенный мусор и т.д. - такое ощущение, что я нахожусь в каком-то пансионате лет двадцать назад. Двуспальная кровать - две кровати вместе сдвинутые, с разными матрасами и щелью посередине. Полотенца в номере - мини, для бассейна не дают. Ванные принадлежности в номере отсутствуют. Питьевой воды тоже нет. Кофе в номере нет ( есть чайник), есть автомат в коридоре, кофе - 2 евро, карточкой расплатиться нельзя ! Парковка платная - 15 евро/день. В общем, отель на любителя, совсем неприхотливого.
