Room quite small, comfortable bed & pillow and great location for transit before flight & have free shuttle to all 3 Terminal CGK Airport.

My second times stay here. Love with the staff they are so friendly. I love when breakfast one of the staff made a special fresh juice and the taste is very good. And the best is when you have early flight you can ask for breakfast to be packed so you still have your breakfast. Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality and keep going to be better.

Looks really close on GoogleMaps, but unfortunately you need to cab around for a bit (~30mins). Free shuttle service to/from the airport was super helpful. Pick-up, drop-off, check-in and out, everything was swift and smooth. Considering it is a Marriott-managed property and I did not have to pay more than 60 bucks a night, no complaint at all.

This is our second time staying here. Without any doubt we made this hotel our choice to stay for the second time.
The hotel itself is great. Clean and fresh. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Just less than 15minutes away from the airport. Plus I he hotel provides free shuttles to the airport.
Rooms are clean, simple and functional. We had a good rest for the night before heading to the airport early in the morning for our next flight.
Food at the hotel bar is sufficient enough for a simple meal but delicious enough to satisfy the taste buds.
Staffs are well trained and professional. Ease our worries about getting about and airport.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Nice restaurant which is open until 1am, we arrived on a late flight with jetlag so had a meal at 12:30am. Everything very new and clean. Big lg TV in room. Had a very good sleep, lovely comfortable bed/bedding. Good to be near the airport. Easy to arrange late check out which helped with the jetlag. Well done to the staff!

A bit disappointing. The rooms are quite small. The food in the restaurant is quite poor for a Marriott hotel. I had chicken breast and it was so dry and overcooked. They didn't have the mushroom sauce as listed on the menu so I had another sauce and it was not to my liking at all. The restaurant staff were helpful. The room we were allocated was next to the lifts so it was noisy throughout the night. Would not return to this hotel.

New hotel, very clean and room was great. Service is excellent from check in to restaurant service. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Duty mgr. Michelle L. was very efficient, helpful and took every effort to accommodate my requests. She's truly an asset to the hotel, keep up the good work. Highly recommend hotel to all
