Taormina Palace Hotel

舒服好住，關鍵是我們自駕來，旁邊就是公共停車場，8歐一天，停好車後，去哪都是走路能到，一路陽光燦爛美景如畫，酒店公共區域也正對大海，性價比很高，值得推薦。朋友説一路住過來這家酒店最難忘。

Sadly our recent trip to this hotel was ruined by incessant early morning noise from the very busy road directly in front of our sea view balcony, coupled with the sound of pneumatic drilling that didn’t relent from 8 am in the morning. On speaking with the reception staff , they refused to acknowledge that this had impacted on our sleep and was detrimental to our enjoyment of our stay, the manager wouldn’t even come to speak to us directly and refused to offer any complimentary concessions to recoup us on our nigh**are stay. Very disappointed as this was a present from our daughter, and whilst we understand noise can occur, it was the attitude of the staff towards us regarding this matter that upset us the most. We have just returned from a lovely week in Taormina. We had an amazing stay in Taormina Palace hotel. All the reception staff were extremely friendly and polite and always ready to help. Our room was very nice and comfortable with sea view. We woke up every morning to view the sunrise directly from our bed. The restaurant on the top floor was just the most relaxing place to eat the hotel’s incredible dishes and enjoy the panoramic views. The restaurant staff were so friendly. Breakfast was really delicious. Anita looked after us really well and made sure every morning we had a selection of her delicious homemade cakes to enjoy. However there were a few issues with our room at the start of our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly ( we walked into a very warm room), we couldn’t open the safe in our room, the ceiling light was flickering and the bathroom had a very strong smell of drains. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive and they sorted all the problems by the end of the second day but we would have preferred not to have to deal with any issues at all. These matters should have been picked up before our arrival. Also, it would have been lovely to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room on our arrival. Little things like that make all the difference after a long day of travelling. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back or to recommend to others but because of the issues I have listed above we are not able to give it 5 stars.

A renovated clean hotel with nice sea view. Great location, very conveniently located close (walking distance) to the key highlights of Taormina, shops and the upper entrance of the cable car. Staff was attentive and friendly willing to share information and highlights about the area. Whenever we asked for assistance it was happily provided. The room we got was spacious and comfortable. There is a public parking adjacent to the hotel but if you want a private one to guarantee a spot, the hotel can easily arrange. Even though the breakfast is basic, its tasty. Would have preferred a bathroom with a natural ventilation but that did not affect our stay at all.

A modern clean hotel with a great view! Great location to all the places of interest, shops and restaurants . Loved that the property contacted me by WhatsApp before the stay to ensure checking in was smooth. Although there was a reception, they were available on WhatsApp too to ask questions book restaurants etc. Communication was excellent! We hired a car and drove from Catania and there is a car park right next door.

Excellent hotel . Perfect location Close to everything in Taormina . Caring and friendly staff. Each room has a beautiful views to the amazing shoreline . Breakfast option with an picture perfect view of Taormina. Staff speaks good English. We had a triple occupancy room for 3 adults it was great beds and enough room for all.

Bad internet. Poor help at front desk (kind of mean to people). No information on things like where to buy water, how to use key, location of parking lot. House keeper threw away my camping utensil from REI that was clearly not garbage. Hotel staff could not care less. Located on very busy road. It's like they disdain guests and the hotel industry. Just not very relaxing or pleasant but breakfast was good.

I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Taormina. The staff are pleasantly helpful, the rooms are well appointed with sea views, and the breakfast is outstanding (bacon and eggs cooked to order are included.) Plus, it's an easy walk from the bus terminal and not too difficult to get to if you arrive by train. In Taormina you can expect to pay much more for much less.

Hotel is very comfortable. Great location, 10 minute walk into centre. You can get a bus to beach resort crystal clear water for 20 euro each. Also great. 5 minutes on a steep hill to get into town. Bed great. AC good. Check in and service good. Breakfast great. It’s only a 4 star and expensive but that’s Sicily. Value for money.
