It's good and easy to use

訂了兩晚雙人標準件，結果店家説房間滿了給了單人間房間。第二天要求換房，店家説必須等待….我是來貴國旅遊的，不是來收拾行李等房間的，尤其是明顯那麼多空房的時候。 我不想住在一家沒有信用並且狡詐的商家裡，兩天後退房搬家到其他酒店了。 其他訊息：這家旅館位置不好找，雖説在古城裡比較安靜，實際上隔音巨差，噪音來自於你上下左右的鄰居。其他硬件就不談了，比農家樂還差。

As a representative of our Organization, I've had several encounters with the staff at Imperial House during our delegation visits to Georgia. Unfortunately, these experiences have been consistently marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness. On one occasion, despite clear communication about booking terms, we were met with a surprise requirement for pre-payment upon arrival even wen in booking confirmation it was mentioned no pre-payment, leading to unexpected costs and inconvenience. Additionally, communication with the staff has been lacking, with emails often going unanswered for days and last-minute confirmations causing unnecessary stress. Most concerning was the response we received when we had to cancel a booking due to the last-minute confirmation from hotel's side. Instead of understanding our situation and apologize for delaying confirmation for 3 days, a staff member responded rudely and unprofessionally, threatening future bookings. Overall, our experiences with the staff at Imperial House have been disappointing and have not met the standards of professionalism we expect. We hope that management addresses these issues promptly to improve the guest experience.

Our group stayed here while in Tbilisi for Georgia v Scotland game. Down a quiet street in the centre of Old Tbilisi, the hotel is a short walk to numerous bars & restaurants. Rooms were spacious with A/C and excellent showers. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection on offer.

As from the check in it was very nice the staff very polite and very helpful. Wonderful hotel, Breakfast was great, especially The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They treated us pleasantly with an surprise birthday gift for my daughter. The location was also fantastic. We were sad to leave!

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! RUDE SHOUTING STAFF!!! 😡😤 We arrived at this hotel/property earlier in the morning from a red eye flight. We spoke the the gentleman if he could let us in, he said yes once anybody check out. Then he switch shift to this UNPROFESSIONAL SHORT HAIR BLOND LADY. Our agent messaged me if how are we. And i respond to her we tired. Haven’t been checked in and didn’t sleep yet. She said she will call the property. Then suddenly the RUDE SHORT HAIR FRONT DESK came to us SHOUTING AND YELLING that we are making trouble for her and we called somebody!!! I said we didn’t called somebody and we were only asked how are we! We are still talking to her in a decent way despite of her shouting at us! She said the checked in is 2pm not 12, I said to her we don’t know that and we spoke to the man before her, agreed to let us in if anybody checked out!! She said, we are making her a LIER! I shouted back at her since I couldn’t take it anymore the yelling and I said “NOBODY SAID SHE WAS A LIER”!!! She kept murmuring in her desk after that. First time ever I encountered a front desk receptionist who will ShOUT ON YOU!!! She was like even ready to attack us!!!! I hope you would do proper action to this lady as this is very UNPROFESSIONAL in any industry, our stay was a week and I hated my every stay seeing her!! She shouted and fought at us in the day of my wedding!! Because of her she ruined my supposed to be happy day!!! 😡🤬 I suggest to find better hotel around the area not in this property which is situated in a sketchy area. Hotel Marlyn has better price (40$) and has a good location!!!

Best location and best place to stay in Tblisi. Hotel and the Hotel Staff (Mariam) very helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast also good. Good place to stay.. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tblisi.

Отель приятный, современный. Хорошее расположение отеля. В самом историческом центре Тбилиси. Куда ни пойди - везде улочки, магазины, недалено площадь. Особенно хочется отметить кухню... Для тройки очень неполохое меню. Вкусно готовят. Разнообразно. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный.

В самом центре Тбилиси находится это очаровательное местечко-отельчик 3 звёзды,который по факту тянет на минимум 4 и это с учетом моей капризности .Дали номер с камином ,огромной кроватью и большой ванной !!!Очень гостеприимные люди ,работники отеля !Завтрак хороший ,с грузинскими разносолами!Организовали отличный шашлык ( с хорошими шашлыками проблема в Тбилиси)Сделали на мангале шикарно,помог настоящий профессионал маэстро Гиви Ипоолитович!Очкеь рекомендую этот маленький особнячок отельчик с супер гостеприимными людьми и хорошим номерным фондом
