Je me rend plusieurs fois par an dans cette hôtel avec de très belles et excellentes prestations, très professionnels et l'ensemble du personnel sont très gentils et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goûts, la restauration est plus que correct, le petit déjeuner très complet et copieux. Merci à son directeur Mr Farhadi qui a fait de ce lieux un lieux de bien êtres.

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have come to this hotel with my wife and now I am staying there for five days. It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends

Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

Le premier soir, l'élévateur sort du vent chaud de la maison à droite, je n'ai pas de vent chaud dans la maison à gauche et je n'ai pas de bains chauds. Ce problème est bon le lendemain matin. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas riche, mais le prix de l'hôtel est très bon marché, le petit déjeuner est déjà bon. Sans pain, il n'y a pas de pommes de terre, le pomme de terre est toujours très dur et très dur, il est immobile de manger directement. Le meilleur d'entrer est de mettre les œufs de petit déjeuner iranien spécialement à l'étage du pomme de terre sur le pomme de terre du pomme de terre, le pomme de terre devient doux et mou, et il y a aussi un goût de pomme de terre.

Tout le personnel de la réception offre un excellent service ! ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le premier jour, le chauffeur de taxi a essayé de nous faire chanter, mais il a continué à nous aider à négocier le prix avec le chauffeur. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant deux semaines et nous avons aidé à commander des plats à emporter gratuitement, à utiliser Snap pour appeler un taxi, porter nos bagages et échanger des riyals pour nous. I travelled solo to Iran in May 2023 and it was my first time in this region. I arrived in Tehran in the early hours and when I arrive at Tehran Heritage Hostel, I was fatigued and flustered. I met Mr. Nima who was the staff on duty and he was very perceptive and offered me a towel to freshen up and to rest in the lounge area until the check in time at 2pm. Knowing that I was travelling solo, Mr. Nima was also very hospitable and offered to bring me on a city walkabout after his shift ended. It was refreshing, especially having a local explaining the city and culture of Tehran. Furthermore, the staff at the hostel are really helpful and provide non-biased advice e.g. currency exchange, booking of tickets, places of attractions. That said, the prices and the quality of the dorms and individual rooms are clean, and the toilets/showers have good water pressure. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you're in Tehran!

Le type de chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation lors de l'enregistrement. Il n'y avait pas de fenêtres au 603 et il y avait une odeur d'oignon au milieu de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel de l'hôtel a répondu rapidement. Facile de prendre un taxi. Il est recommandé de rester, mais pour éviter la transformation de la chambre loft du 6ème étage, pas de dépression de fenêtre.

Probablement le meilleur hôtel de Téhéran ! Il se trouvait qu’une conférence internationale se tenait et les mesures de sécurité étaient strictes ! Le hall de l'hôtel est spacieux et bien équipé, et les chambres sont spacieuses ! L'emplacement est génial, vous pouvez voir les montagnes enneigées ! Il y a en fait une réduction pour réserver sur Ctrip pour 699 yuans, mais si vous allez à l'hôtel, cela vous coûtera 110 dollars américains ! Le bar restaurant en face du lobby de l'hôtel est spécialisé dans les barbecues à prix raisonnables ! Côtelettes d'agneau avec une réduction de 5 RMB pour seulement 40 RMB😐

L'hôtel est situé sur une colline loin du centre-ville, il est entouré de quartiers riches et n'est pas aussi bruyant que la zone urbaine et affecte l'expérience d'entrée et de sortie de l'hôtel. L'environnement de l'hôtel et les équipements des chambres ne sont pas mauvais. , et l'attitude du service est très bonne. Cependant, le prix de la chambre d'hôtel est élevé.

The hotel is very well located, nice and beautiful, perfect gym and spa, lovely view, but the bed are uncomfortable, walls are low quality you literally can hear next door noises, food and breakfast is not tasty, friendly staff. I asked the reception to wake me up to catch my flight and they did exactly on time and called a taxi for me.
