Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

Je me rend plusieurs fois par an dans cette hôtel avec de très belles et excellentes prestations, très professionnels et l'ensemble du personnel sont très gentils et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goûts, la restauration est plus que correct, le petit déjeuner très complet et copieux. Merci à son directeur Mr Farhadi qui a fait de ce lieux un lieux de bien êtres.

Un très bon hôtel, avec des chambres et un petit déjeuner spacieux, en plein centre ville où vous avez accès à de nombreux commerces. Personnel très sympathique. Le silence a été préservé, ce qui compte beaucoup quand on vient en vacances. L'Internet fonctionnait bien dans cet hôtel. Lorsque j'aurai une autre occasion de visiter Téhéran, je choisirai cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Nous pouvons tous accepter que les défauts sont une partie intégrante de la vie même pendant le voyage. Nous devons donc être patient et essayer d'améliorer. Dans mon séjour à cet hôtel, j'ai rencontré de grandes expériences humanistes. Je me suis rendue à l'aise pour les enfants et pour les familles. J'étais si inquiet et j'ai montré mon sentiment à l'équipe associée. juste après 7 minutes, le problème a été résolu. Quand je suis allé voir, le personnel m'a dit que nous sommes si désolés pour le problème que vous avez rencontré et nous essayerons de fournir un grand service à votre prochaine tour. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé.

Le premier soir, l'élévateur sort du vent chaud de la maison à droite, je n'ai pas de vent chaud dans la maison à gauche et je n'ai pas de bains chauds. Ce problème est bon le lendemain matin. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas riche, mais le prix de l'hôtel est très bon marché, le petit déjeuner est déjà bon. Sans pain, il n'y a pas de pommes de terre, le pomme de terre est toujours très dur et très dur, il est immobile de manger directement. Le meilleur d'entrer est de mettre les œufs de petit déjeuner iranien spécialement à l'étage du pomme de terre sur le pomme de terre du pomme de terre, le pomme de terre devient doux et mou, et il y a aussi un goût de pomme de terre.

Hotel 々 est également une personne amicale, tout le monde est très amicale, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un très bon hôtel, prêt à accepter mes demandes de prolongation soudaine de mon séjour! Dans le restaurant, je peux manger à 100 à 150 Tomman pour le prix de Gorme Sabzi, Game, Morgue et la farine de porc, ce prix est très bon marché. Il est situé entre les deux stations de métro, entre la station Targani et la station Darvazedurato, donc je n'ai pas de gêne de transport.

I am guest at espinas hotels for a year at two their hotels in tehran The staffs are vey nice, professionals and kind Every request from our side will approve at a short time very kindly. I recomend these hotels to every one who comes to Iran. Specially The personals at receptions desk, the bell boys and coffee shops are vey warm, kind and with a friendly mood. Thanks to all of them.

Je suis très satisfait des services de l' hôtel markaxi à Téhéran . L' Iran est un pays un peu compliqué . La plupart des sites web sire et application fassent du travail en Iran . et le personnel m' a aidé pour vpn et internet . Sans leur aide , je ne pouvais pas rester en Iran . I travelled solo to Iran in May 2023 and it was my first time in this region. I arrived in Tehran in the early hours and when I arrive at Tehran Heritage Hostel, I was fatigued and flustered. I met Mr. Nima who was the staff on duty and he was very perceptive and offered me a towel to freshen up and to rest in the lounge area until the check in time at 2pm. Knowing that I was travelling solo, Mr. Nima was also very hospitable and offered to bring me on a city walkabout after his shift ended. It was refreshing, especially having a local explaining the city and culture of Tehran. Furthermore, the staff at the hostel are really helpful and provide non-biased advice e.g. currency exchange, booking of tickets, places of attractions. That said, the prices and the quality of the dorms and individual rooms are clean, and the toilets/showers have good water pressure. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you're in Tehran!
