Our holiday was fine, but could not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Pro's: - the area is all green, full of plants and trees, it is a pleasure to walk in the gardens - this area with hammacs and benchs where you can relax and drink some coffee - the main pool is vey big, some slides for children at another pool although smaller - clean rooms and hotel in general, the cleaning staff was helpfull although really matinal and noisy sometimes - bus shuttle to the beach (from 9 to 17). Beach was 5-10 min walk by foot - kind personnel Con's: - very few english speaking personnel. Mainly russian speaking personnel and guests - we were checked-in a family room in the old building, the room wasn't really big and the furniture and building looked dated. The ventilation in our bathroom din not work. They did not tried to repair it, but offered us another room on our second demand. However the room was really quiet, we didn't hear noise from the shows - food was good but average. We did appreciate the omelet and pancakes in the morning and the lamb. - the shows for the kids and adults are in russian. We only participated on 2 nights as we could not understand anything - they do have a lot of sun beds, however it is very difficult to find a place in the morning. Many guests just come and,, reserve " their seats with towels early in the morning(at the beach and pool equally) and never come. HUGE NO!!! We even left one day from the beach as we could not find a place at shade.
