La chambre était très petite pour mon copain et moi. J'ai demandé à être surclassée car nous nous cognions sans cesse les jambes, ce qui nous a causé des blessures. La chambre est idéale pour une personne.

L'hôtel était agréable et propre. La chambre semblait neuve. Le seul problème était le petit-déjeuner à emporter : un muffin, un paquet de biscuits et une pomme.

L'hôtel est situé juste au bord de la route, n'a pas de restaurant et un très petit hall d'entrée. Le personnel était très accueillant et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Quand je suis parti, une fille sud-asiatique semblait m'avoir aidé à appeler un taxi. Il y a plusieurs restaurants de restauration rapide à proximité et le supermarché est à environ un kilomètre. La chambre est très petite avec climatisation et réfrigérateur. Cependant, personne n'a nettoyé la chambre après y avoir passé quelques jours. La bière IPA à la réception a un goût délicieux !

C'était un très bon voyage même si c'était le meilleur après quelques jours plus tard

My family and I stayed here during ASU graduation weekend, and as always, it was a great experience. We've been staying at this hotel every time we visit our son at ASU—it all started four years ago when we first came to move him into his dorm. The hotel is consistently clean and conveniently located near campus. One of my favorite features is the beer garden, which is a great place to relax in the evenings. The pool is also a nice bonus, especially for cooling off in the Arizona heat. Breakfast here is a step above your typical continental spread. They offer eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, yogurt, and juice—nothing fancy, but solid and satisfying, and my family and I appreciated having it every morning. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. One staff member in particular gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in the area, which really added to our stay.

Rested well clean room. Loved the pillows and hygiene of this place front desk was helpful and would definetly come back

Quality of the employees were great The room did not have a microwave and only potato and eggs, no meat?. Other than that, our stay was good . Great pool area! Great location! They also had a beer patio, lights, games 😄🎯.Sister and I had a grand ole time

The hotel is ok. Nothing special. Not old or worn down but not high end either. Breakfast is very disappointing. Only carbs - bagels, toast, cereal or muffins, with a choice of a banana or an apple. Only protein option was high sugar yougurt. There is coffee, tea and juice as well. The pool is really the size of a large spa and there is no spa. They do have a "beer garden" which is a bunch of picnic tables, a couple of grills and market lights where you can handout and drink. No one was there when we spent the weekend. Overall, it is what it is for the money you spend. I would stay here again if I wanted to save a little money; but my expectations would reflect that too.

This place said they would put a hold on my card for “ incidentals” never got money back. The ac/heater did not work let the front know and they acted as if it was my problem and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Breakfast was far from anything good. In was friendly, checking out was not.

Everything was fine and room is well equipped even though it is the smallest room we have ever stayed in. However the management/maintenance needs to vastly reduce the water pressure in the shower. It was almost unbearable and could be dangerous for kids. I'm an engineer and know these things. You need to adjust this as soon as possible. The water was so hard that it stings the skin.

The rooms were small and dated. The front desk staff were not friendly. I have asked about the Diamond benefits, and they seem to have no clues. The breakfast was horrible. They only have milk, cereal, juice (water down apple juice), bagel/ toast.

Overall this was a great place to stay, it’s only a mile from the ASU campus. The bus stop is right outside and you can take it up to the campus easily- but make sure you’re planning ahead, the Phoenix bus schedule is rarely correct. The room was comfortable and spacious, but there wasn’t a closet and the lighting was dim. There were 2 dressers, but they were pretty close to the foot of the bed, so I banged my shins a few times. It felt safe, there is a subway restaurant across the street, and a liquor store around the corner. The pool was great! I heard people complain about how cold the water was- but it was 95 degrees out. I thought the temperature was just fine. Lots of seating around the pool. There is also a sitting/ outdoor game area in the back. The beer garden is small, but has good options. The staff is awesome- I had a couple of problems that they fixed immediately (my television remote didn’t work, and I didn’t have a do not disturb sign for the door). Everyone was friendly and paid attention to who was coming and going. I’d stay here again.
