Avis : De Chai Oriental Nimman

Le lit est moelleux et confortable. Internet puissant Le logement est proche du café mais la climatisation est un peu bruyante. Et sous la douche, ce n'est pas très étanche. Il s'agit donc de rendre le sol sec humide.

La salle est vraiment grande, mais l'inconvénient est vraiment, comme l'ont écrit d'autres clients, ✈️Le bruit de l'avion peut être entendu très clairement. Mais il disparaît après midi et il est plus proche de Ningman Road. Des collations sont proposées à des prix raisonnables si vous avez faim le soir.

Le 1er mai, j'ai passé une nuit dans la ville antique et une nuit sur Ningman Road. Il y a un centre commercial Maya autour de Ningman Road, et le numéro 1 de Ningman Road est également très proche. Malheureusement, je ne suis pas allé faire du shopping parce que Je n'ai pas eu assez de temps. Les nouilles au curry préférées de Teresa Teng ne sont pas loin. Ce n'est pas loin. Il y a plusieurs places de parking devant l'hôtel. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre. L'enregistrement à l'hôtel nécessite une caution de 2 000 bahts, qui seront restitués au moment du départ. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet occidental. La chambre est très grande, avec une baignoire 🛁 et une douche 🚿, ainsi qu'un grand ventilateur et un réfrigérateur. Elle est également à environ 20 minutes de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique.

La chambre est grande et la climatisation est puissante. Ce type de chambre dispose d'un lit séparé pour les enfants. Aucun frais supplémentaire n'est requis. Il convient très bien aux familles. C'était très confortable pour dormir la nuit. Il est très proche du quartier des affaires de Ningman Road et il y a un restaurant Mashaji.

L'employée nous a dit à 13 heures qu'il était temps de partir et que nous avions encore quelques affaires à emporter, alors elle a ouvert la porte et n'est pas descendue remettre la carte de chambre, qui avait une heure de retard. Normalement, il vous sera rappelé qu'une heure vous sera facturée. Mais elle ne le lui a pas rappelé et l'a directement informée que la caution équivalente à plus de 400 RMB ne serait pas remboursée et que des frais supplémentaires de 500 $dollars thaïlandais seraient facturés. Cela représente plus d'une nuitée. J'ai refusé de m'en soucier et j'ai appelé le directeur pendant une heure. Finalement, la caution m'a été restituée et on m'a facturé 500 $. J'ai déjà payé, mais leur attitude est toujours très mauvaise et ils m'ont dit d'aller au commissariat si je ne suis pas satisfait.

L'hôtel le plus satisfaisant de Chiang Mai, avec un emplacement idéal et des installations hôtelières de première classe. Je le choisirai à nouveau la prochaine fois

La chambre triple dispose de deux toilettes, et la chambre principale est séparée du salon. Le style général est bon.

Il y avait beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre et le niveau d'eau dans les toilettes était bouché. La nuit, c'était tellement effrayant que je ne pouvais pas dormir. Je ne pouvais pas y rester un jour de plus, alors j'ai changé d'hôtel🥲

Short 2 days stay. Room was quite big with one king bed and one single bed. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was very basic. Location was Ok depending what you are in CNX for. Service was a little less than we expect from thai hospitality. Staff was not too forth coming and initiative. Overall was OK but nothing to shout about.

I booked the hotel under the impression that it’s a 4 star hotel. In reality it’s barely a 3 star hotel. The property is very small, the restaurant is bare bone and the rooftop pool is in really a large bathtub at best. The buffet breakfast is very limited in terms of options. There is no view from the rooms apart from looking at under-construction buildings. The only good thing going for the hotel is the location. It’s walking distance from both One Nimman and Maya Mall. We stayed here for four nights. However the only reason I stayed was because I prepaid for 4 nights. The stuff was nice and helpful. However the checkout experience was horrible. I asked for a 30 minutes late checkout instead of their 12 PM checkout. However my request was denied which was really surprising! Never have I ever had such an experience at a “4-star” hotel. On top of that the guy at the reception, Nat or Nate, was extremely rude. He started calling from 11.30 am and kept calling continuously until we got out of the room, all while we were trying to pack and sooth an infant. When we got to the reception he started questioning me why we were late and he will have to impose late checkout fee. I asked for the manager and was told he is not here. Only when I started yelling at him and said that I’ll only talk to the manager or the owner, did he shut up! Overall horrible place for stay at such a peaceful city of Chiang Mai. Stay away from this hotel!

[De Chai gives you free drinks if you leave them a kind review during your stay so please be mindful of the reviews you see here :) ] I found the two bathrooms very appealing along with the price per night so I decided to stay here during my trip with my parents, but there are a lot of room for improvement. Location: 11-15 minutes away from Chiang Mai Airport so you can hear airplanes flying by in the hotel room. If you’re a light sleeper you might find discomfort staying here. There are definitely better hotels near here, personally I don’t recommend staying here. There are yummy food places near by that made up my experience here! I liked how I could walk to One Nimman & Maya to beat the heat. Amenities: gym is pretty small, and the pool is tiny too. The pool was so warm as the water isn’t being circulated, which personally discouraged me opt out of swimming here. There were dead bugs floating around too. The pool closes from 6:30pm as there’s a small roof top bar. The gym operates from 7am to 7pm only. Room: When I checked in, there was hair & dust on the floor. I later addressed this to the front desk the next day (we checked in the evening) & they cleaned it thankfully. The bigger issue here is a structural issue with the restroom floor. While showering, I realized that my feet were submerged in water and I was showering in a shower booth, not bath. The drainages are not working well so I had to be careful while showering because of this issue. It’s also because the water doesn’t flow to the drain fast enough and the water is just going to be all over the bathroom floor. I communicated this with the hotel staff but they just told me to shower with the drain top off but that didn’t fix the issue as I had to stop from the water overflowing by making circles on top of the drain to help the water drain out + using towels to soak the spilled out water. However, this might be a problem with just my room though. I stayed in room 502, so I hope this helps. Service: Most staff don’t speak english fluently so it was quite difficult to communicate with them especially with my drainage problem. They’re not really welcoming but I think they are just shy because when I asked them something they looked startled and they didn’t know what to say.

Nice little hotel. Room 603 is a massive room given it is the entry level room type. Would stay here again.

The room is big and the location is great Breakfast is yummy!

very great location, with few parking spaces in from of the hotel. we are traveling with 3 and we get the grand premiere room that is very spacious with 2 bathrooms. very comfy extra bed even the huge sofa bed that can turn to another bed, really happy for the price we got
