Art Hotel Santa Lucia

Excellent staff especially for breakfast which was more than adequate.. I would have liked the availability of snacks and a drink in the evening however, since the restaurant next door was only open 1 of 6 days during my stay. The hotel is very clean. The digital only operation of entry to hotel and room was unusual, but did work well. The location is perfect for a stay in Termoli.

Fantastic location. The walled ancient town was on our doorstep and the town centre seem to be very near as well. Quite dated, but we were perfectly comfortable. Had a beautiful Seaview with balcony. There is a bar below, the music was very loud going on into the early hours, but with the doors shut and the shutters closed the noise was minimal. If you are a light sleeper like us, take your earplugs just in case! (I don’t think the music is loud every single night). The Aircon works very well. The room was small, but perfectly comfortable and clean. There was even a mezzanine with a small, single bed, not that we needed it. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee was good. Marina, the receptionist was very friendly helpful and professional. We managed to park our car very near to the hotel and there was no charge.

From the minute I stepped into Santa Lucia I felt at home. I was in Termoli visiting family and friends. Gianluca and his staff all made me feel very welcome. They even moved my room to have a view of the sea. Rooms are clean, tidy and have all you need. Bathrooms especially are filled with toiletries and the shower is powerful. The fridge is very useful and there is also a safe to leave valuables. Breakfast in their restaurant was also perfect. Amazing view and huge choice of food and drink, all presented with a smile. Quite honestly the hotel made my stay in Termoli so special. Perfectly positioned next to the old town I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting and I stay in lots of hotels with my work. We had a lovely stay at a perfectly situated hotel - almost on the beach. We were greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist and she told us about the history of the building. We had fabulous views from our room and a stones throw from the heart of the town. The breakfast was served in a lovely characterful room - were we met the friendly manager of the hotel who told us all about the area and history. I must compliment the breakfast - lots of choice and fresh produce - a fabulous place to stay

This hotel is the best choice in terms of location, surroundings and staff availability. Located in front of the beach, on a small and quiet square, you have direct access to the sea and the old town of Termoli. Within a few more steps you are in the city centre and very close to the station. The sea front rooms offer a spectacular sea view, especially at sunset. In the square in front of the hotel (closed to cars) you can enjoy drinks and breakfast in a heaven a**osphere. And the Hotel Manager will do anything possible to make your life easier and solve any problems you might have with your booking and your stay! Silvia - Milano - July 2022

Hotel scelto per simpatia e posizione , ha superato le mie aspettative. Posizione privilegiata sia per la distanza dalla spiaggia che dal centro storico. Camere arredate in modo tradizionale ma a mio parere molto caldo e accogliente. Pulizia perfetta anche in considerazione che sono stati effettuati alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione ancora in fase di completamento. Colazione molto valida e variata. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ho fatto promessa a me stessa di ritornarci.

Ook hier had ik gedacht het hotel een commissie bij boeking te besparen. Maar antwoord op je mailtje krijg je dus niet. Uiteindelijk gewoon via booking geboekt. Klein familie hotel dat leuk gelegen is. Wel boven twee kroegen dus erg lawaaiig zeker als de airco het niet doet en je met open raam moet slapen. Kamer klein en heeft betere tijden gehad, zo ook meubilair. Schimmel in de badkamer. Parkeren was ook niet echt mogelijk. En daar in zuid Italie val je toch al op met een auto zonder deuken. De oude baas aan de receptie is niet echt geinteresserd. Het leven zit er op voor hem, in ieder geval kan hij maar beter op een terrasje met z’n kameraden gaan zitten. In een hotel hoort hij niet (meer thuis). Al met al niet de Italiaanse gastvrijheid die we hadden verwacht.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non è certo degna di un hotel 4 stelle, ma nemmeno lontanamente. Piccola, angusta, poco pulita. Come del resto, poco pulito il corridoio che porta alle camere: tappeto sporco, vecchio, rovinato. Colazione nella media di un hotel 2-3 stelle. Ottima la posizione. In base alla mia esperienza, non tornerei più in questa struttura e non la consiglierei nemmeno.
