Premier Inn Tewkesbury

We drove from North Devon to Tewkesbury directions were spot on. The rooms are nice and clean and tidy what more do you want. Breakfast you order what you want. Very nice. Staff are above and beyond. We had a lovely stay in Tewkesbury. Mr & Mr's Tewkesbury

We were on our way to south Devon from Cumbria to visit family and thought we'd break our journey here. We've stayed several times before & have never been disappointed. The hotel is very clean & comfortable, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the comfort of the beds is supreme & we always sleep well. 10/10

Hotel was just as you would expect from premier inn, comfy bed, a welcoming greeting! Shower could of been better though! The pub next door not so good, main meal ok, dessert forgotten about by staff, a small gripe but annoying when you feel like an inconvenience when you remind them twice you’ve been forgotten about!

Ideal hotel for disabled person in a wheelchair. Parking nearby and ground floor room large enough to cater for his needs. We didn’t have an accessible shower but that didn’t matter. Breakfast was great, fresh and hot. Evening meals were as you would expect, burgers and steaks chips etc. etc. fairly typical pub grub. However all served quickly by pleasant staff.

Clean refurbed rooms nice and compact all to my needs staff friendly and helpful quick check in a nice size carpark the whole area clean and tidy nice area

Nice and comfortable stay Rooms nice and clean and even provided a fan Helpful staff at reception Housekeeping was good as well Plenty of free parking.. 5 minutes to Croft water park Greggs ( until 6pm) and Eddie’s breakfast (6:30 - 2:30 pm) available nearby Highly recommend

The hotel itself was absolutely fine, clean, quiet, reliable (although the mattress was too soft and probably needs replacing). The breakfast experience, however, which is supposedly the pride of a Premier Inn, was utterly disappointing and not worth it. The coffee machine was broken, with no signage; it just produced lots of steam, which could have easily scalded someone... Good thing I had brought coffee grounds and a plunger cafetiere with me, which I did not hesitate to bring over after seeing the state of the coffee machine. Very limited continental breakfast options. No tongs to pick slices of toast. No unlimited breakfast as advertised, they just came and took your order once. Maybe it's because it's a Brewers Fayre rather than an embedded restaurant, but still... We even turned up at 9pm for a quick drink, and they had stopped serving!

The hotel was what i expect from Premier Inn, however the staff in the restaurant had just been notified of closure and there attitude reflected this. Basic things like Coffee machine not working and no orange juice, poorly cooked breakfast and staff with a poor attitude is not conducive to making the stay enjoyable. I wont stay in Premier Inns until their restructure is completed.

Great location just of the M5, easy to find. Large car park, remember to put your registration number in at reception. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, felt like I was an inconvenience booking in. Very regimented. Staff in the restaurant were more friendly, although busy. The room was quiet even though it overlooked a road. Great night’s sleep. Food was good and the breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.
