Très bon hôtel avec une agréable piscine au dernier étage. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien isolées. Le restaurant est excellent (les plats sont variés, de qualité et pas trop pimentés) et le service irréprochable... merci Yogesh.

L'hôtel est bien, c'est un très jeune hôtel. C'est bien mieux que les autres hôtels de Navi-Mumbai. Le problème était que le petit-déjeuner était réservé mais l'hôtel ne l'a pas vérifié et a reçu les frais de petit-déjeuner. Ctrip l'a résolu plus tard.

I had a wedding to attend nearby. Hence booked this hotel ***** with my mother (83 years). *They have a ramp but no wheel chair for elderly or differently abled people.* Hotel is ok, but they provided only one mineral water bottle for 3 of us per day. This is unacceptable. Rest of the bottles are charged double i.e. ₹. 30 per bottle which actually not right. Our room had no source of direct light. Even the exhaust fan in the restroom is not functioning. All together the room was comfortable.

I spent the long Diwali weekend with family at Golden Toff. The resort is well maintained and the staff is polite and prompt. The food at the restaurant is tasty and well priced. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with retro music playing in the background. Overall a memorable experience

La chambre à coucher, la salle de bain propre, la piscine, les jardins verts, la vue sur la colline à partir de chambres spécifiques, un hôtel proprement entretenu. Personnel décent. Cependant, la nourriture était moyenne et le menu a très peu d'options. La résidence était bonne à l'exclusion de la nourriture.

The entire staff at SPICE IT is extremely courteous and I would like to compliment Hitesh and Chef Vipul for excellent service. Even Esha and Shubham. Keep it up. !! They are very helpful and keep suggesting. Last time I wanted to have paneer chilli and another dish without mushrooms and it was served very quickly and well made ....good experience

Room was near and clean staff is good but room has maintanence issue that made me bit upset like tv wasn't working, then the exhaust fan in bathroom not working ac had no remote and so had to operate it manually but for that also temperature was broken and on and off button of ac was also not working properly. Lucky i was that it somehow got on. Or else my better half would have got a lot angry. Please maintain the room which you charge for.
