Excellent location, very close to the main square. Friendly staff. The breakfast is average but enough.

Отличное расположения отель, очень красивые и комфортабельные номера, хороший завтрак, очень жаль ,что были только одну ночь, зато знаю что забронирую в следующий раз

位置很好、安靜，距離景點、海邊很近出門5分鐘到達，看日出日落很棒。服務很好，特意給拿了燒水壺及茶杯、託盤，早餐食物種類很多，預訂的出租車也很好，沒有亂收費，僅感覺房間稍顯小。

Расположение отеля отличное, 2 минуты до до набережной. Персонал доброжелательный. Забронировал номер за 68 евро в сутки с завтраком, это отличная цена. Из минусов: - это тараканы и - старый ремонт - фотографии отеля давно не обновлялись - на завтрак подают одно и тоже - присутствовал запах канализации в номерах

Goed hotel met goede locatie. Bed ok badkamer ok. Ontvangst is ok en de locatie is ok. Ontbijt is genoeg en is niet uitgebreid

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are not large but adequate. The bathroom is small. My bathroom had a leaking shower head which was fixed immediately however there is no door on the shower and water does not drain quickly enough if you have the pressure too high and floods the bathroom. There isn't any coffee making facilities however you can borrow a kettle from reception. Breakfast buffet is not extensive but okay. There is no toaster. The air conditioner works well thankfully as it was very warm.

This is a very suitably located hotel for a short stay in Thessaloniki. Our room was on the 4th floor facing inner yard. It was quiet and air conditioning worked perfectly. Small room but for the price perfect and nice, clean and comfortable. Small bathroom too but good. Breakfast standard with coffee machine in foyer of hotel. Staff professional and friendly too. Plenty restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. Lift works too!!

Unfortunately, I’m not able to rate the Hotel Luxembourg based on its qualities and facilities. I booked it for 1 night from April 8th 2025. But 2 hours prior to my check in to the hotel the Turkish Airlines informed me that they had to cancel my flight on April 9th and the only option available for me was the flight in the evening of the April 8th. I immediately contacted the Hotel Luxembourg explaining the situation and asking them not to charge me for this 1 night stay as it came as a very negative surprise to from the Airline and an absolute force majeure, even despite the fact that my booking was not refundable in normal situation. The Hotel replied quite fast informing me that my booking is not refundable and they will fine me 100% of the stay tariff. I tried to explain them that it was a force majeure and it’s not my choice not to stay at their hotel - but useless. They charged 100%. And they even didn’t bother to reply to my last message. And it was Tuesday, low tourist season. Definitely more than half of the hotel was empty. I can't appreciate all the delights of staying at this hotel, but I can definitely appreciate the indifference, the absolute lack of understanding, support and hospitality from the management of this Hotel Luxembourg. Totally disappointed! If some travelers care about where to stay in Thessaloniki - I will definitely not recommend Hotel Luxembourg. Go to The Modernist Thessaloniki, which is also in the city center and is absolutely wonderful - both the facility itself and the fantastic staff. This is my completely honest review, with no desire to offend or punish Hotel Luxembourg in any way. But they definitely need to work hard on their customer focus.

Excellent service, clean room, nice view and centrally located. I highly recommend it!!! Breakfast was simple and delicious. All the staff were smiling and polite, eager to serve us. Many thanks to Mr. Stelios at the reception. He was very professional and helpful with our stay.

Located in the centre of Thessaloniki and this is an advantage for those they want to walk and see the city centre. Rooms are really very small but all the employees of the hotel are always trying to help you and do whatever they can with a smile. At the beginning our room located in the first floor and to be honest we were shocked when we enter room as has nothing to do or look to the room advertised in the official web of the hotel. Next day morning we explain to the polite lady of the reception and she arrange another room for us in the third floor that was similar to the one advertised in the web. For specific hotel you get what you pay.

Clean & bright room. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Was unwell when arrived after upset stomach , they were extremely helpful bringing tea & toast to my room. Excellent service & location . Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel if passing through thessaloniki.

Hotel Luxembourg is in a prime location . Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping streets . 2 mins walk from sea front . Lovely modern rooms . Lovely front desk staff , great housekeeping. Nice continental breakfast . We would definitely stay here again . We did a 3 night stay . Visited from paphos .
