Le meridien Thimphu was an absolutely fantastic experience!!! We loved the service and the property and the rooms and the people!!!! Thank for taking such good care of all of us!! We really loved it!!

The front desk team is top-notch, handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile that's as efficient as it is welcoming. A slight sound complain warranted a daily ""thou shall hast a shift if still there be a thump" I've got to hand it to the Housekeeping team for their attention to detail. On the second evening of my stay, I came back to my room to find a mysterious box with a sweet note on my bed. What's more, they managed to keep the linens spotless without changing them, which made my stay rash-free, especially considering my sensitive skin. The restaurant crew is not just about serving food; they're all about serving up genuine smiles and dishing out fantastic travel recommendations. To top it off, on the second-to-last day of my stay, they surprised me with a farewell cake. It was such a nice touch. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service your team provided. Thanks Kezang, Roshni, Ngawang, Nim & Tshering, all the pips in the photos for making my stay so memorable!

All the working staff is excellent very smiling always specially Deki Yangden was very helpfull jolly I don't remember the names of others are also good will love to Visit Le meridian Thimpu again food is verygood ovver here i love Bhutan one more in Front office Deki Tshomo who is vvery ggood

We have been treated like royalty from the moment we stepped into the hotel..one of the best experiences we have ever had. A special shout out to Yountan T Lhendup , the food and beverage manger .. who made sure no request of ours was left unattended. Girls…at the restaurant, bar and reception….you made our stay super special.Younten, Amrita,Kuzang,Deki,Pema, Tenzin andTshering yangzom…thank you for your attention to detail and your beautiful smiles.God bless . The hotel… cleanliness.. food.. location…all a hundred percent.

Le Meredian, Thimpu is a good centrally located hotel and its management must be complemented for the excellent , caring and professional service by its personnel. The food was tasty and special mention of the wonderful service by Kezang , Tenzin and others in the restaurant and Karma in the Front Office who looked after us and recommended the right shops a tourist should visit.

If you want to find some luxury and Marriott standards amidst the buzzing town of Thimphu, then this is the place for you to be! The property is amazing, well-maintained, houses a spa, gym, indoor heated pool, and of course 2 amazing signature Le Meridien F&B outlets. Deki and the team at the front desk are so cheerful, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are pretty comfortable with a nice bath tub and shower area. I wish they clean the windows often so that the beautiful sunrise can be enjoyed without distraction. Special shoutout to the F&B team - Chef Anurag and his team for feeding me delicious food, and Yountan and his team members, Deki, Tshering, and others for being the best hosts! Surely going back as soon as I plan Thimphu again :)

The hotel is conveniently located a stone' s throw from the Indian Embassy the staff are professional and eager to help The rooms are spacious and the Aka Care dinner was both delicious and filling Try the New York Cheese cake Kezang and Deki Tshomo deserve special mention for their professionalism and help

We stayed for 2 days at this nice property located right in the centre of lovely Thimphu. Very comfortable stay as expected, however it was made memorable thanks to some wonderful staff who went out of their way to made sure we added to the country’s gross national happiness: Pema Yangki and Tshering 2 from the restaurant, and Tenzin from Latitude. Yountan’s titbits about Bhutan was interesting and informative, and Anurag’s food was par excellence! Overall, one to come back again to!

I stayed at the LeMeridian Thimphu during my journey to magical Bhutan in March 2024. A great hotel, fantastic staff. they made me feel like I was the only guest at the hotel!! Excellent breakfast buffet. My room was so great I did not want to leave the hotel. I also had a massage and a facial at the hotel. Booth excellent. If you stay there you should try the spa especially after so much walking. the hotel manager was very hands on and made sure guests were enjoying their trip. If you go to Thimphu consider staying at LeMeridian. You will be happy you did.
