« 1. They won’t give you early check ins. I came at 11 am and they were bout in rejecting a room before 1pm. (while few were checking out) 2. Do not take rooms below a restaurant or any other banquet halls, it quite disturbing at night as they drag furnitures and u can’t sleep and the sounds didn’t stop despite informing the reception. »

« Breakfast is average as the spread is not up to the expectations considering the positioning of the hotel. They can improve a lot to give the customers a delightful experience of South Indian cuisine as well. In room amenities is average. No basic amenities like green tea sachet, shoe shiner, etc. Location is very good. Very near to railway station, bus station as it in city centre. »

« The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay. »

« The staff was really nice and welcoming. They also allowed a 2 hours early check-in when i reached since they had the room available. I also had the opportunity to get their full body ayurvedic oil massage which was really great and comforting. »

IInvitéIt's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff.
Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

IInvitéThe Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

The fragrant smell was too strong.
I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

GGavinAngEn général, je suis heureux de rester ici toute cette semaine, simplement parce que tout le personnel est super amical.
Seuls quelques commentaires personnels concernant la carte d'accès à l'hôtel, pas de troubles/ nettoyage ma carte de chambre ne sont pas standard de 5 étoiles.
Les problèmes d'hygiène sont les plus importants : il faut faire un effort ou améliorer l'eau potable, la bouteille est sale, la bouteille est sale, le mur est moulé, etc.
La plupart des aliments du restaurant ne sont pas disponibles.
Les salles de bains sont très bien situées, les toilettes sont très bien situées.

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

IInvitéThe room is well maintained though it needs renovation. All the staffs are very hard working, disciplined, helpful and warm. The location is very ideal for travellers. The food is great and reasonably priced. They give the best of what they have though it may be limited in choices of menu. A good choice for budget hotel.

IInvitéI booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.
