We loved the breakfast buffet — such a great variety and everything was delicious. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the waiters were consistently attentive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Location de la propriété - parfaite. La nourriture est parfaite. Installations - immédiate/prompte. Chambre - spacieux. Baignoire - propre. Le lit - nécessite plus d'attention et de nettoyage. Ils m'ont même amélioré pour le petit déjeuner gratuit pour tous les jours de mon séjour sans même demander. Si vous visitez Thiruvananthapuram, c'est là que vous pouvez y aller si vous obtenez un bon accord.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent spread at the breakfast (taste of donuts and cakes can be improved). We checked in late at night, the night staff including the receptionist and bell boy needed some more guest oriented training. Overall a good stay, there's a small pool on the terrace too, nearby to both railway station and KSRTC bus station.

Location was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

La chambre était décente, mais il y avait des problèmes évidents : le bain de la toilette est monté trop bas, ce qui la rend une lutte terrible pour les plus grands clients. L'endroit où j'ai demandé un check-out plus tard, le chef du bureau de front a refusé de dire que depuis mon réservation, aucune flexibilité n'était autorisée. Je ne resterai plus ici, et je ne recommanderais certainement pas à personne de chercher une expérience décente.
