The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Firstly the stay location was optimum. Then the room, bathroom and premises were all clean. The management was welcoming helpful and informative. Cherry on the top was the neighbouring restaurant and juice centre which served good quality food which saved the effort of searching for food and beverages. As mentioned earlier the location is approx 6. 5kms from airport, both bus station and railway station were within a 1 km range, even the famous padmanabhan swamy temple was at a distance of less than 500mtrs. Over-all a good place to stay while travel-ling with friends and families.

We had booked non-ac room for one night, as it was winter it was ok but ac rooms are proffered for the weather conditions. Very close to the railway station. Cleanliness is ok.

En général, je suis heureux de rester ici toute cette semaine, simplement parce que tout le personnel est super amical. Seuls quelques commentaires personnels concernant la carte d'accès à l'hôtel, pas de troubles/ nettoyage ma carte de chambre ne sont pas standard de 5 étoiles. Les problèmes d'hygiène sont les plus importants : il faut faire un effort ou améliorer l'eau potable, la bouteille est sale, la bouteille est sale, le mur est moulé, etc. La plupart des aliments du restaurant ne sont pas disponibles. Les salles de bains sont très bien situées, les toilettes sont très bien situées.

The room was just ok, not very spacious. The hotel lacks the basics of hospitality. 1. The door stopper was not working. 2. The shower gel was empty at the time of checking in, it was replaced only after i called to the reception the next day. The tv was also not working. It was mentioned to a room service staff, who told that he will inform it to the concerned person, but nobody came to rectify the issue. 3. And the strangest thing is this hotel charges 3 times rate for every bottle of mineral water they serve to room. Usually all the hotels provide 2 bottles of mineral water free of cost. At the time of check out only they informed that they charged for all the water bottles they provided that too at a premium rate comparable to that of five star hotels! if they charge a premium rate they should provide a service for it. This hotel lacks it. Disappointed stay.
