The photographs on the website do not fully correspond to the real ones. There is a window in the photo, but upon check-in it turns out that the room has no windows facing the street. This happened twice. Thanks to the trip.com team - the issue was resolved by calling. TV has no foreign channels. "Smart Home" is friendly only for Chinese citizens. If you don't know Chinese, I don't recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in a very busy street but a good size room, clean, comfortable bed, toys at the entrance for children to play and a delicious Chinese style breakfast. Overall satisfied.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. It is very close to the mall and we were able to do things we wanted to do.
The staff was very friendly.
Our room was cleaned everyday.
I will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

Location is great, around pedestrian shopping streets, but a little bit difficult to get in/out by taxi. Leave early if you need to catch train. Very nice hotel for the peice., But no window view in some rooms
