前台服務態度還是可以的，房間很小衹有一個小桌子東西也放不下，最無語就是這個床墊一直在裏面亂晃很容易掉下來，家人年齡大了睡上面不安全也很難受，電視劇去了就打不開，叫了一個服務員過來，調了半天出來了問她怎麼開的，她説不知道自己胡亂調的，我説算了不看了，她説不是打開了嗎就一直開着不就行了,還能説啥呢，衞生間裏面空間挺大的，除了房間擁擠床很難受😓，其他還可以吧,外面的古文化街一點意思沒有，開始就是為了逛裏面才住的這裏😳

酒店地理位置優越，臨近海河、乘船碼頭、古文化街，交通方便。房間整潔乾淨。服務人員非常熱情。一次非常好的入住體驗！

The room is quite spacious and quite modern. Cleanliness is tip top and the breakfast offering is also not bad. Directly located in the cultural street so it’s easy to walk around and visit. Staff is also quite friendly and helpful.

酒店在海河岸邊，後面挨着古文化街，前面是海河遊船碼頭，距離獅子林橋、望海樓教堂、李叔同紀念館很近，走路十多分鐘可到，可以看到天津眼，晚上的海河夜景很美。房間裝飾現代，衞生不錯，服務熱情。

Convenient location just at the front of old town, very comfy bed, clean room, GREAT staffs especially XinXin, good breakfast. Have washing/drying/ironing machine.

之前去西安住過宜必思，感覺很好，這次來天津果斷選擇宜必思，服務不錯，衞生也不錯，門外就是海河，景色不錯。但是房間沒窗，設施也比較老舊，躺在床上感覺有煙味，説好的送雞尾酒也沒送，承諾下次，也不是總能來吧，影響住宿體驗！

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney).
Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat.
Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin..
I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.
