J'ai entendu dire que Tianjin avait ouvert le premier hôtel Novotel. Je suis venu ici de manière décisive. Cela ne m'a vraiment pas déçu. L'hôtel est haut de gamme et a**osphérique. Le petit frère de la réception m'a également offert un surclassement gratuit du type de chambre et m'a donné des conseils attentifs jusqu'à la chambre. La chambre est très bien, le style que j'aime, la literie est également confortable, de sorte que nous qui sommes en voyage d'affaires toute l'année nous reposons parfaitement, le restaurant du petit-déjeuner est riche en variété, la combinaison du chinois et de l'occidental, et la nutrition , très délicieux, consultez et offrez-nous un petit cadeau. Un séjour parfait !

🚗 Transport : L'hôtel est à 5 minutes de l'attraction touristique Drum Tower, à 10 minutes de Food Street, Ancient Culture Street, Italian Style Street et Ferris Wheel 🎡 10 minutes en taxi ~ Il y a des centres commerciaux Joy City, des supermarchés, Starbucks, Lawson , McDonald's, divers Le restaurant est particulièrement pratique ! Environnement: Calme, facile à voyager Assainis*****t : Le nouveau magasin est très propre et les chambres sont assez grandes. 🔔Service : Le service est très enthousiaste ❤️, car le premier séjour est un petit-déjeuner gratuit, la variété est complète et les fonctionnalités de Tianjin~

位置好，干净，新！ 推荐住这里。前台David服务态度佳👍🏻 Hotel is new and well kept, good standard and service. Location is just opposite drum town old town. Plenty of local food at door step. Recommended. 

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.

Free upgrade, nice service

Highly recommend this hotel as the service was sooo good and their facilities are new. Staff made me felt very safe and at home while staying there, which is key for solo travellers like myself. Two thumbs up to the staff and to Novotel drum tower TJ!! Definitely will come back to this hotel again! This hotel stay have left me with a very good impression with Novotel Group as well, making it as one of my top choice when it comes to selecting accommodation during my travels.

The hotel is very well located and the personnel are very nice with good service level. The breakfast is good as well. We have been welcomed with mooncake made by the hotel themself as it is mid-autumn festival holiday 😊.

First class hotel, the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us and provide us with information about some of the local attractions. The service was genuine and sincere. My wife and I both commented about this. The rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. Well located and within walking distance of some tourist attractions, shopping centres. Highly recommend staying here, will definitely come back the next tlme in Tianjin

Perfect hotel!! Modern and new, in a great location. Spacious room with comfortable bed, quality linen and huge bathroom. So clean. Great breakfast. Staff were really lovely too. We will be back!

They even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The spacious and well-lit layout made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great environment for rest. The room was well-equipped with amenities, and I appreciated the convenience of free Wi-Fi and other facilities. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I enjoyed the surrounding area, which had plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, offering more options during my leisure time. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my stay at Novotel hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and service-oriented experience. A big thank you to the hotel staff for providing me with a memorable upgrade experience!

My only recommendation for the front desk is that you should remember who made the reservation and paid for it, because the front desk didn’t acknowledge me or talk to me. They handed my room key to someone else which was an insult.
