1、先説缺點再説優點，設施很舊，至少住的房間很舊，地磚有鬆動明顯，還有破損，地毯的舊有不太好聞的味道，牆面該塗刷一遍了
2、再説優點，有一説一，這個地方的配套實在沒治了，周圍一搜大量出色的商業配套餐飲，還有一家大行自行車行，可以挑個心儀的自行車哦，對面就是環宇滙，步行可達，周圍還有天津風味那個張記包子什麼的，咖啡館林立，選項很多
3、服務員友好，硬件差點的地方靠軟件補
4、早餐包含，乾淨衞生
其實如果説到性價比，買提前團的標間超值，比起價格，很多減分項倒顯得沒那麼明顯不好了，畢竟一分錢一分貨。如果把細節再做好了，就是驚喜。加油

因為決定出行，提前預訂好了2個房間，並給酒店留言讓儘量安排在一個樓層，等到入住的時候酒店確實給安排了。唯一不足之處是中央空調很搞怪，大床房偏冷最高23度，雙床房偏熱28度，還都調節不了。春節期間能提供早餐，這個點贊👍🏻，餐飲處的幾位師傅真的很辛苦，尤其是酒店一直是滿房的狀態。地理位置雖然偏一些，但是地鐵站很近，出酒店幾分鐘就到。

酒店管理非常好，客房打掃很乾凈很認真，前台服務熱情周到，酒店附近有各種小吃，對面是環宇城廣場，出門走幾步就是地鐵站，非常方便，適合出差遊玩！
