Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. J'ai souffert d'un coup de chaleur il y a quelques jours et la réception a spécialement aidé à préparer Huoxiangzhengqi. J'étais censé prendre un repos décontracté près de l'entreprise. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que le service soit bon et les installations étaient très neuves et agréables. J'ai aussi vu qu'il y avait un souper et un petit déjeuner, ce qui était étonnamment bon.

Service rendered by 小雨 during check in was very pleasant and professional. She attended to all my special requests, and the allocation of the room was perfect as I prefer quiet room. The hotel itself is a Inn but it was very comfortable and clean. I like the fact that there window in the room which can be open slightly to allow fresh air into the room. Loved the bed it was very comfortable which really allowed me to have a good rest. Will definitely come back again as the location is very convenient.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, très bon, très propre et très bon hôtel. Le public était assez jeune et donc le personnel. Le chauffage dans ma chambre n'a pas fonctionné et ils m'ont immédiatement aidé à trouver une autre chambre avec chauffage qui fonctionne. Le petit déjeuner était très luxueux. Je reviendrai là-bas quand je reviendrai à Tianjin.

Je suis venu à Tianjin pour assister à un concert et j'ai choisi un hôtel près du monument Xiaobailou. Il n'est pas loin de la gare de Tianjin et est accessible directement en métro depuis la gare de l'Ouest. L'hôtel se trouve en face de la sortie D de la station de métro Xiaobailou. Les environs sont très pratiques. Il y a McDonald's, Starbucks et 711. Il y a deux grands centres commerciaux à côté, donc vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de commander des plats à emporter. Nanlou Jianbing Xuequn Jianbing est également disponible à emporter. L'emplacement est assez pratique. Il se trouve à seulement quelques pas de la zone panoramique de Wudadao. L'hôtel est relativement vieux. La réception a surclassé la suite en une grande suite avec une hauteur de plafond suffisante. J'ai passé la moitié de mes 3 jours à Tianjin à l'hôtel. C'était très confortable. Je considérerai cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

For some reason the staff at the front desk kept insisting our original tatami room we booked was very small so we got upgraded to a bigger room for free even though we said it was fine. The photos uploaded are not the tatami room! Everything was great, room was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable stay. Location was fantastic, 1min walk to Jinwan Square station and ＜10mins to Tianjin station. Many food options nearby.

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin
