Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. J'ai souffert d'un coup de chaleur il y a quelques jours et la réception a spécialement aidé à préparer Huoxiangzhengqi. J'étais censé prendre un repos décontracté près de l'entreprise. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que le service soit bon et les installations étaient très neuves et agréables. J'ai aussi vu qu'il y avait un souper et un petit déjeuner, ce qui était étonnamment bon.

Front desk was quite friendly, hotel location was not bad walkable distance from multiple busstops and subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a comfortable stay!

Idéal si vous êtes un voyageur d'affaires à la recherche d'un studio abordable et sans fioritures où vous pouvez cuisiner vous-même et nettoyer vos vêtements. Le style de décoration est basique et fonctionnel. Recommandé de mettre à niveau pour une chambre à coucher, qui est beaucoup plus grande que le studio. Personnel amical et professionnel, très bien situé juste à côté de la zone touristique de 五大道 et à 10 minutes à pied du métro.

La location was blocked due to road works. We had a hard time carrying the baggage from the place of boarding and navigating to the hotel location. The service was outstanding The package contained even a brief photo session, while the make up was performed by the artist in the full version The location is excellent except it was not easy to find any restaurants close-by. Breakfast was great, including milky oatmeal and perfect coffee. Historical museum in the basement floor is providing essential and interesting information about the Hotel’s history, must visit. The most fabulous part of the hotel complex is the historic wing, with the former lobby, O’hara bar , the oldest elevator in China installed by OTIS, and suits upstairs.
