My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

The River view rooms with the round bath tub are truly fantastic, we stay here purely for these rooms, the windows can open so if its that special time of year when the Aircon never gets turned on around Tianjin then atleast its possible to cool and breathe. But there is 1 complaint.. the amount used to reserve the rooms is 1 time with Trip at the value of the room , then again at the hotel and again for the room ... so your budget needs to be 3 times the room rate per night which is incredibly annoying ... the mini bar has about 300 CNY worth of drinks so why do you need to take 1000 in security? Trip why do you need to take more than 1000 at all?

Le premier soir, il y avait des invités avec des enfants qui séjournaient dans la chambre à côté d'eux. les enfants étaient dans la pièce, il y avait des cris bruyants et des sauts, le père criait et frappait l'enfant... Il est également recommandé de mettre un chausse-pied à l'entrée pour des raisons d'hygiène et de commodité.

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你! Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas bien, il fait encore chaud toute la nuit et la pièce est toujours à 27 degrés. La vue de la fenêtre est à peu près la même que non, face à un mur et la plate-forme extérieure fait face à des articles divers. Les articles de toilette n'étaient pas fournis. L'attitude de service des beautés à la réception est bonne, le restaurant a l'air correct et l'hygiène générale est correcte.

Très satisfait de cet hôtel. Je suis venu avec des enfants, le service de la réception est enthousiaste, même si je suis arrivée tôt, mais je peux me donner directement la chambre. Très bien! Les rapides achetés à l'avance m'aident à réunir mes sacs de chargement, très merci. La chambre est pratique pour l'intelligence de la maison entière. Hé, il y a un robot à vendre au point de vente normal. Il y a un lavabo au quatrième étage de l'hôtel, il est possible de laver les vêtements pendant 24 heures, très pratique. La prochaine fois que je viens à Tianjin, je choisirai également de vivre cet hôtel, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé
