Very disappointing unfortunately. Due to the high cost, this short stay was going to be the highlght of our three week island hopping holiday. It was very overpriced and it underdelivered. There is no bar, no food after breakfast, so the running costs are cheap for the hotel. with one receptionist on duty. Despite this charge of over £300 per night, the non alcoholic minibar was chargeable as was a decent coffee at breakfast. There were five loungers by the pool for the whole hotel. The plunge pool with the room was a joke. It was unheated (not a problem if it is in sunshine, but this was in a very dark corner of the balcony). No sunloungers although there was enough room on the balcony. Nowhere to meet other guests such as a lounge or library. No cooked breakfast, limited selection of things. Yoghurt, cheesecake etc were put in jars with RUSTY lids. Not great for food security. Orange juice was the only fresh thing available. No fresh fruit. When I pay top end for a hotel I expect exceptional experience. This simply was a good looking, minimalist property designed to have the lowest overheads and maximum profit. The view from the room was good as the ferries came and went. No beach. I would not recommend.

Decent room with plunge pool which was more like a paddling pool really. Irritating power cuts on and off on our 2nd meant emergency lights coming on, waking us up and the aircon turning off. Excellent breakfasts. Small public pool with only 6 sun beds, hotel wasn’t busy so didn’t affect us in off season.

Lovely hotel about 10/15min walk from centre of town. All the staff here are lovely and can’t do enough for you, especially reception and breakfast staff. Beds are the most comfortable I have stayed in whilst away. Breakfast, Sofia laid on a very good selection to suit all tastes, there were even little banoffee and cheesecake jars, which were delicious. Breads, meats, cheeses, tartes, cakes, fruit etc. each day there were 3 items in the warm counter as well plus you can order eggs to be cooked fresh. Housekeeping come in everyday and the rooms are spotless. Only think I would say if that ideally could do with more storage in rooms as no drawers, hanging space was limited above kettle etc and nowhere to hang longer dresses. No dressing table so found myself sitting in front of the tv, straightening my hair in reflection of tv😂. Plenty of outside space for our room with long bean bags for sunbathing and the plunge pool was a godsend in this heat. Hardly anyone ever sits round the main pool which is just as well as there are only 5 sun loungers. The infinity pool is lovely but beware the steps are very slippery and we saw several people go flying, ideally there should be a handrail there. Snack bar in afternoon serves things like Greek salad, toasties and omelettes but reception have takeaway menus from some good places so you can order something different in if you prefer for lunch/dinner. There is a bar in the evening but I rarely saw anyone there so meant there was no a**osphere. Shame as there was nowhere to sit outside in the evening for a drink. Maybe the land in front of infinity pool could be adapted to cater for some seating for the evening or some additional sun loungers as would be a lovely place to sit. There is a petrol station just up from hotel so ideal if you need to get in some drinks/milk etc. Wouldn’t recommend the baguettes there at all! Supermarkets- if you walk into town there is one there on the way in or if you walk further to the other end there is a slightly bigger one. Beaches- we went to 2 but weighing it up we preferred Fokas. Fokas this is about 7euros one way in taxi from hotel. You can get a bus to/from this beach which is 1euro 80 but this goes from town centre. We went to the Sundara beach bar and set (1 umbrella and 2 loungers) is 20 euros. They serve food and there is toilet there. Sandy beach with few stones as you enter. Romanus beach was about 22euros in taxi one way. This beach has less stones. We went by Lefko beach bar, again 20 euros for umbrella set. Service for drinks very good there. Toilet is a bit of a pain as you have to ask for a key each time and got to go to building near where you enter the beach. Restaurants- Malamatenia- nice setting off main streets in town in a little square. Nice selection of food and wine very reasonable. Taverna Michalis- just around corner from restaurant above. We weren’t that impressed with this one except people that had the mousaka said it was good. Bouibou

Wow! What an absolutely amazing place to stay in Tinos. Warm and friendly welcome from all the staff on arrival. Excellent service throughout our two week stay and Eva and Sophia looked after us so well. We had interconnecting rooms with private pool and it was fully air conditioned (as you would expect) and was a great way to chill out of the midday sun! Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Loved staying here, only thing they could do with is having more seating / loungers by the pool area as only 5 sun beds available. The pool is so good with amazing views. A great location and only a 10 min walk into the centre. Town has some excellent places to eat and drink so have a stroll around the little tiny lanes. Fokas beach has Sundhara beach club which is a great beach and has everything you will need for the day but get there early!

This hotel is a true DREAM! Run, don’t walk to book it! Modern, beautifully decorated from the minute you walk into the lobby. We got a pool access room on the bottom floor which was amazing. Definitely a highlight of our trip! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind (especially the front desk woman, Dion!) She spent time explaining the island to us and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. The pool and view was incredible and one we will never forget.

Infinity View was the final hotel we stayed in after our week away in Greece. We had very high hopes for this hotel given its amazing pictures online; the views alone sold it! The views did not disappoint, and we had a great panoramic outlook. The interior of our room was also excellent - spacious, clean and well designed. We were however a little disappointed with some small touches that we felt had been neglected, that given the cost we expected to be better. We had a room with direct access to the pool which was great, however one of the first things we noticed was the pool bed on our terrace hadn't been properly cleaned. The pool is a salt water pool, so there was lots of dried salt that hadn't been washed down, and general wear and tear on the actual bed itself. After walking through the amazing interior of the room, it was disappointing to see and stuck out like a sore thumb. The other rooms also had a canopy over the terrace to serve as shade in the sun (the hotel is south facing). Ours had broken, and when we enquired were told an umbrella had been ordered but the hotel was unsure when it would arrive. This made it very difficult to sit outside by the pool during the day (one of the main reasons we booked the hotel). There also isn't a restaurant on site so bear that in mind. There was also no room service. Breakfast however was great- a good selection of food! Having stayed in other hotels on this trip, it was hard not to compare Infinity View with the others we stayed in, and we just felt the service and quality was a little lacking overall. Having said that, there were definitely positives as mentioned and it was a great base for exploring Tinos.
