My partner and I stayed at Idea Hotel for one night. The room was quite okay. However, the service was really bad. We reached the hotel around 8pm. The gate was closed. There was no bell at the gate. Only a sticker with a phone number. We tried to call, although it was inconvenient. We arrived from another country and the operator blocked our calls. As a result, we just stood at the gate for about 10-15 minutes. Then another couple came. I don't know if they called the number, but at that moment the gate opened. We were told that breakfast at the hotel is served from 7 am. The next day we woke up early in the morning to take a shower, pack and be at breakfast at 7 am (we had a long ride to Saranda). There was no one at the reception. We rang the bell at the reception 10 times. No one came out. Breakfast was not served. The breakfast area was empty. We returned to the room, took our things, left the money for accommodation and left. As a result, we were forced to go on a 6-hour journey hungry and not happy as in the nearby cafes they do not serve any breakfasts, just some espresso. We contacted the hotel. They promised to return the money. However, after a negative review from my partner, they refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend this hotel.
